Grupotel Ibiza Beach Resort - Adults Only

Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is very good. Location is top notch.

Air Conditioning in the room was slightly loud.

Pyszne i obfite śniadania - duży wybór. Piękna plaża przy hotelu. My mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze, co polecam przy rezerwacji. Pokój czyściutki. Obsługa na plus.

Mały minus za nieczynną windę. Musieliśmy wdrapywać się na trzecie piętro w tym upale :)

Great location on the beach and near good restaurants . Two pools and lovely water views.

WiFi was not great. Elevator broke so lots of stairs and the breakfast was packed all the time. Also the live music was loud and played after 11pm for folks in the main building.

Liked the pool, staff were friendly and mostly very helpful. Staff carried out my friend's wish to bring a bottle to my room upon arrival. Breakfast options were more than adequate-good fruit platters and seeds available. (we didn't do dinner). Views and local beach are really stunning and the main draw for our stay. Really impressively clean hotel. Decor was ok and areas for relaxation well thought out.

It wasn't very relaxing when you wanted anything that required a deposit. For instance to get a towel required a trip to reception, ATM, back to reception and then to the lifeguard- seems over the top for something I wouldn't dream of stealing. Same again to borrow an iron which was barely functional. Location was perfect for relaxing only- if you wanted to visit the south of the island at night, a lot of careful planning and travel time was required. Definitely angle all marketing towards relaxation. The glass bed headboards are an accident waiting to happen and not the most practical of designs. We didn't find the music at the top of the hill (near the bar?) very relaxing- slightly too loud cover house tracks that we personally found off-putting. Consequently didn't spend any time up there. The music at breakfast/restaurant was better and at the right volume. The queues for omelettes were long, no butter but lots of oil options and the free coffee was awful (which I would expect to be fair for the value of the stay) I didn't try the paid-for barista coffee but I'm sure it was lovely. The bottled water given at arrival you could tell had been refilled because a large amount of white gunk/film that would be found in ones mouth after drinking. Those bottles need thoroughly cleaning out if they're to be re-used.
