Most of Staff really friendly and helpful EXCELLENT location with supermarkets and restaurants close by. and 2 metro stations really close good having a kitchen

The room is very clean and have a balcony. We had dinner there. We enjoyed the view of Paris The location is really good. It is close to city center.

The kitchen is located to next door. For travelers, it is very good to cook some for ourselves. However, the kitchen had weird smell.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The breakfast was okay, not excellent but not bad either, and you can't expect much for only 4 euros. The location was excellent: the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and close to the metro station, which made getting around very convenient. Unfortunately, the bathrooms in the female shared room were very small and had a persistent damp smell. The hair dryer was also quite old and unreliable, shutting off every couple of minutes. The major drawback was the staff, who didn't seem to care. When I reported that the hair dryer wasn't working, they said they didn't have a spare one and said they would send a technician whenever they could. The technician never came, the hair dryer was never fixed, and I had to leave the hostel with wet hair even though it was cold and raining, since it was autumn. I found this a really bad experience.
