Most important thing for us is cleanness which was great there. Staff were polite and helpful during our residence. Breakfast was amazing if you have any allergies you can ask for, they will provide you!

Location was very good
Room was good but cleaning it wasn’t good
7 / 10Dobry·wrz 2026
* Great location, close to Taksim Square and public transportation.
* Comfortable and clean rooms.
* Friendly and helpful staff.
* Good breakfast.
* Nice facilities, including the indoor pool and spa.
• The €100 minibar deposit was disappointing. The minibar items were worth only around €10, so a €100 deposit felt unnecessarily high.
• I think the deposit should be more reasonable and proportional to the actual value of the minibar contents.
