Victorian mansion, great breakfast, ample free on-site parking, friendly staff, amazing shower
As other reviewers have mentioned, the small queen room on the third floor has low ceilings, which would be challenging for a tall person. The smallest room would work better with a smaller dresser and smaller TV stand.

I loved this stay. Rachel was a joy and the breakfast was so delicious and convenient. The rooms were cute and clean! Such a cool place to stay considering the house pre-dates Craigdarroch castle around the corner
It should be noted that this property has no elevator and steep stairs/narrow passageways

The staff was helpful and changed our room when we expressed concern about being on a busy street. The new room was an upgrade and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!
Not what I was expecting from a historic inn. The grounds are rundown and not manicured at all. The location is on a busy street but not walkable to anywhere. The interior has mismatched antique furniture that some might find charming but just seemed old to me. I would not book again.
