Very polished facilities and staff. The continental breakfast was delicious let alone the made to order options! Extra touches such as free snacks and chocolates in the room were a nice touch. The location was safe and quiet and yet walkable to most everything Dublin. Free parking too!
Our standard double room and shower stall were somewhat small.

The staff was always very helpful. The staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly and accommodating. Liked the quaintness of the hotel rooms, lobby and restaurant. Very convenient to where we wanted to go while still being far enough away to get some quiet time.
The AC went out on our 2nd night there. Staff provided a fan for the room but the room's AC never got fixed (that we could tell). Luckily, the temps outside were not too hot so it didn't make the room feel over-heated. Would have preferred to have some more communication about the AC and if not fixed, an offer to use another room. The room our daughter stayed in was always very comfy!

The architecture and the ambience of the hotel was great .. the staff were lovely and most helpful. The special gin on arrival a delightful treat. I’ll be back 💜
Our room was minute but the hotel was fully booked
