We had a wonderful time! Amazing location, easily walkable to River arts district, lots of fun eateries, and downtown. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Hot tub was fantastic. For guests with allergies/asthma, the air quality was a challenge due to cigarette smoke downstairs.

Very nice house and perfect location!! Every place we wanted to visit was pretty much about 10 minutes or less.

Visiting Asheville in the winter it was great to have the hot tub and a few places to eat/drink within walking distance.

Our recent stay at this cozy two-bedroom home in West Asheville was nothing short of delightful! The location is ideal, with trendy restaurants, breweries, music venues, and shops just a short walk away. It's also conveniently close to Downtown Asheville, the Biltmore House, and the River Arts District. The home itself is charming, situated on the upper floor of a ranch-style house. The comfortable queen-size beds in each room made for a restful night's sleep, and all the necessary linens were provided. We especially loved the 4-person hot tub on the back deck – perfect for catching a stunning sunset or stargazing. One of the highlights was the large fenced-in backyard, ideal for our dogs. Although there neighboring chickens and roosters, they were hardly noticeable and didn't disturb our pets or us at all. Crystal, our host, was exceptional – the house was well-stocked, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hot tub and dog yard were definite winners! We highly recommend this place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pups. . Don't miss the nearby New Belgium brewery and 12 Bones – must-visit spots suggested by our wonderful host. Thanks for making our Asheville stay memorable! We'll definitely choose this home for our next visit!

The area was a little off putting but house was clean and view was deck was good. No serious issues.

Spotless. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Amazing location. Early morning soak before dawn with a beautiful sky view. We were 2 nurses each with our own bed who definitely don't mind sharing a bathroom. Next time we won't have to be at the hospital at O'dark30".

The place was nice, warm and cozy but there was a lot of street noise making it difficult to sleep even with a white noise machine. It was difficult to get into the place, the lock box wasn’t functioning properly ( the owner did say it was going to be replaced). We didn’t spend much time there but it did seem like it was close to a lot of things (coffee shop, doughnut place and other food places).

We loved our stay! We could walk to multiple businesses in West Asheville and the house was very cozy. The owner provided many nice amenities like coffee, tea, snack bars, and even a nice basket with doggy supplies and treats! Would definitely stay here again.

The first bedroom definitely needs a ceiling fan! There should also be place settings for 4. Corelle is an inexpensive but easy fix. The property listed a washer and dryer but didn’t say that you had to ask permission for access. It should say this in the description. Overall it was a nice place and conveniently located.

Good size, updated very nicely, well stocked. Rated lower because we had no number to text owner on how to plug in the dvd player, I could hear the full conversation of the tenant below us through the vent in the bedroom, the lighting in bedrooms was terrible, check out was 10am, and there was urine all over the bathroom seat upon our first use of it. But over all the price is right, prior to all the taxes and fees. : /

The house was exactly what we expected. It was well stocked (coffee pods, tea, trash bags, pots/pans etc. The only thing I would say is that the hot tub needs to be warmer. The note said to keep it at 102 which it was set at, but it would only say it was actually 92. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Wonderful place to stay and exactly as described. Cozy, clean, and perfect location.

This house was perfect for our family of 3. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and the quiet neighborhood. The off street parking is a big plus. We added a night to our stay after our original booking and Crystal was very helpful. She always responded through the app quickly.

This property was in a great location, we were able to walk to new Belgium brewing and some other breweries close by. Everything was as described, but we were surprised to see that the fenced in yard was not actually connected to the back porch, so if we wanted to let the dogs run free, we needed to bring them outside and bring them to the fenced in area. Other than that everything else was as described, and we were very happy with the house and would stay again. Lots of supplies in the kitchen, snacks, coffee, and everything was clean. Was also in a safe neighborhood, would definitely recommend.

This place was the best stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Anything I could have needed was there. The location wound up being great. We love walking. We were able to spend a rainy day walking to the fun breweries in the River Arts Distrist and the South Slope. It was a great stay.

We stayed two nights. The house had everything we needed, a big enough space for our dog to get a walk without being in the street, and it was within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do.

This is a great little gem in a cool part of town. It’s right across from New Belgium Brewery and some good restaurants. The host is incredibly flexible and very kind. I recommend this to any couple or family looking for a getaway.
