Very clean, felt safe, across the street from many attractions!! You can walk to eat, many choices in immediate area, amusement park lights can be seen from window! Great place, nice breakfast & housekeeping friendly!

Breakfast ends too early, Happy Hour very slow - sometimes long lines & only 1 Bartender- Parking is 18 bucks a day! Pool closed last few Days of our stay for construction.

Breakfast was good. A variety of food stations. Coffee was really good!

Few employees in the omelette section. I would recommend at least two persons in order to speed the line.

the hotel design was very nice. easy to navigate. We enjoyed the breakfast EXCEPT there were not enough places to sit and had to search for a corner or something just to perch while eating. the layout of our suite was great

the room really was not clean. you could see dust, dirt and crumbs etc from last guest. bar service was terrible. after 15 minutes of waiting we gave up without ever getting drinks

Sehr großes Hotel mit dennoch kleinem - lieblosen - Poolbereich. Auch die Öffnungszeiten der Bar waren der Hotelgröße nicht angemessen.

The room and hotel seems old and outdated. The bathroom is large but doesn’t have a separate tub for bathing. Doesn’t smell good too

The location is good to visit parks. The neighbor is safe and nice. There are many good places (restaurants) near the hotel.

The rooms are not as good as they should be. Breakfast should be much better. The room didn't have safe and the feeling is that you can not leave your stuff in a safe place.

Siofabed was not comfortable. Blanket was not provided for sofabed. Sofabed was not made next day.

The breakfast was good. Eggs made to order, pastries, different options.

The beds were extremely soft. The sofa had stains all over it, although it says they have a no noise policy after 10pm the room was very very noisy. The person sleeping in the sofa bed had to sleep in the other room because it was impossible to sleep with all the noise. The last night there were drilling, hammering and pipe fixing noises in a room near, between 2-3am and that kept us awake. Would never stay again because you can not rest. The sofa bed was not made a couple of days, although it was open.

Place was nice

There was no water for us to brush our teeth in the morning or to get ready and we had to travel really a big inconvenience

Charged for parking, 18.00 per day. I had a total from booking, reason I stayed at this Hotel, which is not cheap to start with and they still have to charge you parking. Will be contacting booking for a credit, this is bait and switch !!! Marylou Mendiola

Convenient to attractions. Lots to do on International Drive without having to drive and shuttles were available

The staff was great except for one front desk receptionist. Very bad attitude and impatient/irritable towards customers asking questions. Didn’t have a welcoming personality at all to be a front desk personnel.

It was clean with a fantastic breakfast included in the stay

Noticed that our room felt like it wasn’t cooling all the way down, we only were there for one night but when we were packing up noticed that all the air vents were closed.
