Customer service was excellent. The hotel was crowded. The room was clean.

The location was great. The staff tried to be polite.

The room issues, as in me and my family were settling for bed and falling asleep and security and management come knocking on the door telling us others are complaining about the noise. Meanwhile the whole floor was making noise and we were trying to go to sleep. They change our room to an upgrade pool access and the room looked worse with the bathroom door not being able to close, light fixtures tilting, closet door off track, and still lots of noise especially being on the first floor.

A LO QUE LLEGAS AL HOTEL DESPUES DEL CHECK IN TE LLEVAN A UNA OFICINA A OFRECERTE UN RESORT DE OTRA CADENA DE HOTELES LO QUE ME PARECE DESAGRADABLE Y DE FALTA DE ETICA CON EL BEST WESTERN. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL Y NO SERA UNA OPCION PARA MI PROXIMO VIAJE.

nothing the hotel was nasty

The hotel is old and not well kept the room itself smelled moldy the sheets felt waxy and not properly cleaned and it felt like a motel. If you are looking for a cozy hotel don’t stay here. We had to check right out and go to the wyndham garden across the street. Which was way better and only a 30$ more. Just disgusting

breakfast is available rooms have been remodeled- old, but still clean close to everything in DTO :) We stay here often, there are 2 hot tubs, one is slightly cooler, a sunning deck, and a very large pool and pool deck

I prefer newer, brighter properties

Do not purchase the breakfast for 14.99 It is worse than most hotels free breakfast's including other Best Westerns.

Staff were overall pleasant. Room as described. Hot tub nice.

Falsely advertised breakfast was included in price. It is not. I even reached out to booking.com about this and never received a response. Additionally they did not ever have pool towels available and we had to ask each time. Then it was a twenty minute wait to receive them.

O quarto está bastante velho, não fazem arrumação dos quartos, não há reposição de shampoo e outras amenidades, no meu caso o frasco do shampoo existia, mas estava vazio.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, teilweise konnte man jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarszimmer hören.

La vicinanza al parco Universal studios

Stanza dalle pareti sottili, si sentiva tutto ciò che succedeva nella stanza accanto. Cattivo odore nella stanza, come se l’aerazione non fosse sufficiente. Trovati insetti nel bagno

Honestly. It was nothing I didn't like. Hospitality was great, the room was amazing. 10/10 I would recommend this facility to everyone

the door of the hotel is not slowly closing type. so every morning you will be awake by all the door slamming by house keeping or your Neighbors.

The$ 14.00 breakfast buffet was awesome day 1 hot fresh couldn't asked for better experience. One of the best buffets I have seen had so much to offer. Everyone was super nice. This isn't like your normal buffets.. Liked the basketball court the rim is bent please fix Parking was good Great pool view Vending machines had alot of options only place that had mountain dew 😳 I will say this if your looking for a relaxing time with a hotel that has food this would be a great choice

The grocery store was over priced !!!!!! Day 2 breakfast buffet was different eggs wasn't as good ,sausage and gravy was cold as it wasn't turned on and it was almost 8am when I got there however the did microwave some for me so that was nice My pillow had a stain on it wasn't impressed with that please make sure everything is changed
