We liked Asheville!

The location was very good. Very close to supermarket, restaurang and bars. 30 minutes walk to Downtown or the busstop just outside the hotel. Nice room, clean and good beds.

The frontdesk man was lazy.... he didn't say thank you for the visit. He was most interested of his mobil@

Great price! Great staff!

Convenient location to downtown or the Blue Ridge Parkway. Great price, clean, and front desk staff was exceptional. A balcony was nice to have. I'm happy with what I got for the price and would stay here again.

Zimmer war ruhig, der Kaffee auf dem Zimmer besser als zum Frühstück

Wir hatten Probleme beim Einchecken und man stornierte unser Zimmer. Die Frau am Empfang wollte partout nichts von unserer Bezahlbestätigung wissen und ich war gezwungen booking.com telefonisch zu kontaktieren. Die Frau am Empfang war unhöflich und unfreundlich und zeigte keinerlei Verständnis.

Dirty.

Close to downtown. That’s it.

Dirty. Not clean. Lots of unswept hair in bathroom that was not ours. Dust and grime. Mildew/mold in bathroom and cracked bathroom sink leaking water onto the shelf underneath. Notified staff right away, was told a manager would be up to speak with us next day and would get us a new room. Nothing ever came of it. Thankfully we had no intentions of being at the place besides to sleep. Milk was rotten and sour at the continental breakfast. Pictures on site are deceiving.

Very good

The room was very clean and suited us 4 women perfectly for our girls weekend. conveniently located to restaurants, gas station and an Ingles grocery store. Attractions were easy to get to from the hotel. The continental breakfast was good. Bagles, cereal, yogurt, juice, sausage biscuits etc fare. The courtyard was beautiful with all the flowers and comfortable seats for sitting and chatting.

I didn't realize from the room description that it was on the second floor. I wish that had been a bit more clear in the description.

I want ever stay in a place I feel nasty or that smells like pee!

The breakfast was ok!

The room smelled like urine! We actually lifted the room and went to a store and bought air fresheners, bathroom cleaners, bleach, rags and scrubbing pads. Went back to the room and cleaned! We washed down the bathroom, the floor and toilet! It cost me for staying there plus we cleaned our own room just to be able to stay!!!! I will never choose that again. We both went together on cleaning supplies and worked in the room!!!

Front desk was friendly and the location was good.

There was no coffee in the room and the lobby did not open at 7 AM for breakfast as they said it would and as the sign stated. We sit outside until 10 minutes after and then unfortunately had to leave to get to a meeting so we didn’t get coffee or breakfast.

Thank goodness it was only one night

I would stay again!

beautifully redone. wo losing the charm of the motel. They had excellent coffee. landscaping was very pretty as well. The patios were really cute.

I booked a room with two queens & a sleeper sofa, but only got two queens. The hotel was booked up & we weren’t able to be moved. Disappointed.

Other than the hitch with the window, we enjoyed our stay and will probably stay here again.

Very affordable and convenient for our brief visit to Asheville

The window in our room was broken and only held together with duct tape. While no air flowed through and we were on the 2nd floor. We really felt like fixing it should have been a priority before allowing anyone to stay there.

Convenient, clean and efficient. Staff was very friendly and quite helpful.

The location of the Beaucatcher was definitely convenient for our stay. It is central to the places and people we were there to visit. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast option in the morning was convenient and nice.

This isn't a HUGE deal, but the beds are a "bit" on the hard side. Not that we didn't sleep well, but they were bit more firm than we like. The breakfast options were nice, however, you may want to think about offering non-sugar alternatives for those people who monitor their sugar intake and there seemed to be only one option for tea - a green tea. Coffee was sufficient, however, I generally prefer tea.

The Beaucatcher is a classic motel setup, that has been updated to a nice modern place to stay. Great value for a short stay!

The late check in staff was not very welcoming, I guess just doing a job. The parking was horrible, had to park on the far side away from my room. My first experience during Covid was much better, but I guess it was less people.

Planned to eat breakfast but only had bagels, muffin and packaged pancakes. Was disappointed after having a wonderful waffle breakfast at our other Days Inn hotel.

We enjoyed to novelty of the hotel with the courtyard, balcony, sign on the door, and spacious room.

The room was spacious, and the personal balcony was a very nice touch. I like that it was quiet, and I felt comfortable at breakfast with the people there. The energy was restful and kind.

I wish there was a better breakfast. Maybe we could have some hot options. We did not have a remote control in our room.
