Nothing, the WORST EVER HOTEL in my life

After making my Booking reservation, I called the front desk to request an early check in for Saturday morning around 6:30 am, which was confirmed to me verbally. Then, I asked for a groupage for my two reservations, also confirmed. Arriving from L.A. on Saturday morning, the hotel attendant tells me that she does not have my room free until PM. Then, she offers me the possibility of another room, with two beds, not corresponding to my reservation, without giving me any other indication of the room. Then I left my Visa business credit card, the flip didn't work. I ask her to insert the card, she replied her terminal does not allow it and that she does not accept cash. She argued that my card has no credit on it, which is why it refuses. A questionable and irreverent allegation coming from an employee who calls the customer a liar and not having the funds. I get angry, she called security and threatened to expel me, abuse of rights and another abuse of power. Bored and tired, I give my Master Cars private credit card, which passed the flip. I then find myself in a room for the disabled, there is no other available. Magnificent... The cleanliness of the bathroom leaves something to be desired, there is almost no soundproofing, all the noise from neighbors, the hallway and doors slamming from other guests, hell. Meanwhile, during my work stay in Miami, my business Visa card continued to work with Huber and the restaurants... It is unacceptable that a hotel in 2023 has only one way to validate a credit card, the insertion is done everywhere else without any problem, threatening to delete the reservation and appealing to hotel security is even more unacceptable on the part of the employee who should be put in his place for such outrageous behavior because doing a false claim about the client's financial capacity. A HOTEL TO AVOID... VERY SERVICE...

Loved everything about the property except no heat when it was cold. Space heaters worked though.

The handicap rooms are not ADA accessible. Hopefully that’s something they can work on. One or two of the staff did upset me a little. But I’m sure it was just a big misunderstanding.

Racist tactics and attitude from women staff night and day

It is close to the airport, the beds are very comfortable, walkable to a great taco truck and lovely rooftop. Perfect for a one night stopover in Miami, staff were friendly and easy checkout.

Nothing. The only thing was that it was quite expensive for one room.

The accommodation was perfect. The room is beautifully modernly furnished, the bed is comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was beautiful and big. breakfast, which was partly included in the price, was excellent - a large selection in the buffet or an order from the menu. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Also regarding questions in advance via chat - they responded almost immediately. The upper terrace where we could enjoy the evening is a bonus to the rating 11/10. We were very satisfied and I recommend this accommodation to everyone.
