Always a great time! So much to do that we keep coming back for more. This cabin is cozy and fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. Would be nice to have a vent for cooking, but we just crack the window for now and it works. We will definitely be back!! Thank you

It is a quaint house with breathtaking views. Nice fireplace, stocked with wood. Out in the Country. Exactly what we were looking for. Would/will stay again.

Check in was very simple. The place is really cute and cozy. Pots and pans eating utensils, and wood to burn provided which was amazing. We saw deer and wild turkeys. The lake is across the road. All the rooms have heaters. We stayed on new years eve and were singing around 8 PM when a creepy old man knocked on the back door and told us we were being to loud. Everything was good minus the creepy guy which was no fault of the owners.

My family had a great time during our stay. We enjoyed our walk to and around the lake on Christmas Day. It was quite and enjoyed watching the wild life. We loved that it's a short walking distance from the house. The big glass window from the living room allowed us to view the sunrise and the lake. The deck is a great place to read a book during the day and by the fireplace at night. Thanks to the host for providing the firewood. Overall, it was a great experience. We'll definitely plan to come back maybe in spring or in the fall. Just a couple of suggestions: My family loves to cook and a better chopping board and sharper knives are appreciated.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed. At the last minute, my husband asked if we could go up for his birthday. We lucked out that it was free. But that is how special it is to us that we try to go for those moments in life to make it memorable. Thank you again John and Maria for sharing your property. All the best, Sandy and Peter
