This motel lacks amenities like bottled drinking water, toothpaste, or moisturizer, typically provided by others. Purchasing bottled water from the motel is excessively priced at around $10 each. Their breakfast, while passable, consists mainly of frozen food and canned fruits rather than fresh options. The rooms feel somewhat sticky, and room cleaning services are only available every three days, and I had to request them if needed before that. Overall, I regret not selecting a better accommodation.

Breakfast was amazing full buffet style and everything tasted delicious 😋

Muy buena ubicación; muy buenas instalaciones e infraestructura del lugar; muy cómodo; personal agradable; buena relación precio-calidad; habitaciones de gran tamaño con todo lo necesario y cómodas; habitaciones y hotel muy limpio. Si bien solo estuvimos 1 noche, me pareció un gran hotel.

Quizás el desayuno podría ser mejor, con más variedad aún de la que tenían. No era malo, de hecho creo que estaba bastante bien, pero creo que puede mejorar aún más para entregar un servicio excelente.

The hotel was very convenient for go to universal studio . They have shuttles different time for free . The breakfast was good , the ladies Emily and tania do good job keeping full the food . Jordan the desk was very nice too other girl with long braid I don’t remember the name was very nice . Make me feel comfortable

The location was ideal. They have a shuttle service to universal studios. They also have a universal studios ticket counter in the hotel which helps you the beat the queues at the venue. The staff is super helpful and welcoming. The hotel rooms are spacious and have a well equipped kitchenette. Even close to the international outlets.

Great location. The room we booked was huge. Nate at Reception was really helpful 👏 👌. Shuttle service to Universal was very accommodating.

Beds we're not comfortable as well as pillows. Cleaning of the rooms was not great either. They clean the room every 4th day, which doesn't make sense. The breakfast option is not good either.
