On avait un vol tôt le matin, c'est tout près de l'aéroport avec une navette gratuite toutes les 30 mn : c'est ce qu'on recherchait ! Très bon accueil dans ce grand hôtel impersonnel

La chambre était plutôt propre, mais pas les parties communes, elle est bruyante avec le traffic aérien tout proche. L'environnement immédiat de l'hôtel est quelconque. Pas de petit déjeuner pour cause de départ trop tôt et donc pas possible de l'évaluer.

The staff never answered the front desk phone no matter how.many times we called.

I liked the big comfy beds.

I didn’t like the bathrooms didn’t look fully cleaned.

Interesting Modern decor

Swimming pool was closed for repairs but i was never informed of this although i booked 2 weeks in advance. I packed a bathing suit and planned my time with the intention to swim. I was also disappointed by the boring mediocre breakfast. Only quality items were the yoghurt parfaits and the cooked oatmeal. The rest of the food offered was cheap food court quality.

Very convenient places to spend the night at, the shuttle to the airport is a plus and makes everything easier. The restaurant is awesome and breakfast was really good.

Room was a bit small but we just stay for one night so it wasn’t a big deal.

Airport road noise had to pay for full day parking even though we checked in at 11pm ond out by 7:30 am was told at booking morning food and parking was in pakage but still had to pay parking

There was no electricity for the entire night The housekeeping stole my shoes

When we arrived there was security people everywhere. They escorted us in the elevator up to our room. They said that the high security was for refugees staying there. It was odd and disconcerting.

The staff was friendly.

The room was not soundproof; I heard the planes taking off and landing. The room was too small. I had a room next to the elevator, and it was super noisy.

hotel was full with refugees. lifts were super busy due to refugees. it was like we were living in a refugee camp.

great proximity to Toronto Pearson international. several choices of restaurants near by , on site restaurant. wash check in , friendly staff. free shuttle that was easy to use. the reception gave me a little welcome bag with snacks and they had a small convection store - sealed serve where I bought myself a hot chocolate early in the morning while waiting for the airport shuttle.

prices for airport hotels in Toronto have sky rocketed . it’s not the only property with this problem.

Noise from passing Airplanes

The cleaniness its beeen a while since ive beeen there. But those security ganurds take there job to far it was 10pm leaving ny rooom and teelling me to be quite.
