Pool was down and very noisy room

Location was great. Modern and appealing building.

Breakfast as adequate but don’t like the waste created but not using proper cutlery and crockery.

Paguei por um quarto e na recepção me deram outro, e mesmo reclamando não mudaram, nos deixaram esperando por um bom tempo a recepcionista despreparada.

Estaba cerca muy cerca del puerto y de lugares de interés. La vista desde la octava planta era preciosa.

We were surprised with an upgrade to a suite which was very nice. We had plenty of space and we were meeting friends there so we were able to get together and relax with plenty of room. The facility was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the ease of getting the shuttle to the cruiseport the next day was excellent.

We did arrive very early and had a very long wait to get into our room. We went to the pool area to hang out only to find that we needed a key to get back in- this was not told to us. We felt the restaurant selections in the area were sparse and the downtown area just outside the hotel was a bit rough which is not the fault of the hotel. We arrived too late for the breakfast buffet which we knew but it would have been nice to have had coffee and ice water available for us while we waited.

Great location if you're going on a cruise. There was a sky train station across the road from the hotel, which meant that getting around the city to be easy and free.

La colazione non mi è piaciuta, poca varietà e fila tutte le mattine e non c’era posto x sedersi.

Room was na good size

It was older and needs remodeling. Breakfast has little to offer for variety (eggs, sausage, and toast). Also it took 35 minutes to get premade eggs and sausage and took a long time to toast bread w minimal toasters.

O conforto do quarto e tamanho dele são excelentes, conforto térmico também muito bom (ar-condicionado/aquecedor). A ante sala ajuda bastante quando dividimos um quarto para 4 pessoas. Reservamos um quarto com uma boa vista. A localização é muito boa, fica ao lado de 2 metromover (metro de superfície grátis) e próximo a um whole foods. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas atende bem. O hotel possui academia, o que foi um bônus.

Um dos elevadores estava inativo, o que as vezes dificultava a locomoção.

Did not have my reservation in system . They needed yo look on booking.com to do ind it and took a1/2 hour to figure everything out

Enormous room, comfortable beds, large bathroom, great breakfast and an easy ride to the cruise ship terminal - arranged by the front desk. Easy access to Bayside and south beach by uber, as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Service on check in. Did not get the room types I reserved. Poor help solving check in issue. Breakfast was very light in options.

The most beautifull View over Brickell and the Miami River

The People Working in the reception are not happy, and you Can sense it already when you arrive. They do not let people in to their room when the room is cleaned, they wait to check all in at once, and that is very stressfull for both employees and guests. The cleaning is done in the evening everyday, not a good time to clean for the guests.
