lots of rusty components in bathroom , old hotel under IHG brand….should advise guest.

The male evening staff member Qinton from Argentina was excellent. He was wonderful and helpful and friendly.

The female staff member working during the day with her arm in a sling was miserable and quite rude.

The View from the room.

On our first night we had no hot water in our room and none of our TV’s worked nor had cable on it. Now after a long drive down to Orlando for our family vacation from New York, we came to a room that we would have to shower in cold water, and no TV to be entertained. We complained about the issues and we’re told it would be resolved. A technician came to fix one TV and we were left with three TVs with no cable! Both toilets in our bathrooms were clogged, leaving us with no bathroom to use. We complained about the problem, once again were told the issue would be resolved and yet after 4 times of complaining about the issue. Someone dropped off the plunger in front of our room door and didn’t bother to try. After calling the front desk, I was told someone would come up and “take care” of the issue. They sent the security guard to resolve the issue! He “tried” to fix the toilets and said they could not be fixed and that someone would have to come in the morning to resolve it and the next morning I was to be checked out and out of the hotel. The linens in our rooms were filthy and ripped as you can see in the photo attached. My husband has woken up with bug bites all over his body. I didn’t even feel comfortable placing my children to sleep in them. We were told countless of times that We would receive a call from the manager Julio, and NEVER received any type of communication from him. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever came across in the hospitality industry. There were COUNTLESS of tenants complaining about very similar things. This is beyond unacceptable! The rooms are disgusting, the elevators are disgusting and not up to par, the hall ways are also disgusting! HORRIBLE PLACE! KEEP AWAY!

el hecho de que no haya limpieza en las habitaciones por Covid es malo. También faltaban cosas en la cocina, como cubiertos, etc. Las habitaciones necesitan renovación.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Personal atento, Puedes comprar las entradas de Universal y pases exprés ahí mismo a precio de parque. Traslado gratuito a Universal . Una referencia especial para Ángel, persona respetuosa, atenta y comprometido con el servicio al cliente. Me resulta necesario destacar que este muchacho, a pesar de que ya había terminado su jornada, atendió un requerimiento mío que al menos le ocupó unos 15-20 minutos, este tipo de detalles hacen la diferencia en las organizaciones.

Que siendo huésped nos cobraran el parqueo, al rededor de $20 la noche. Tomar en cuenta para el presupuesto.

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

The title is a bit misleading, it’s not actually across the road from universal studios and is about 30 minute walk. We booked it thinking we could easily walk it but ended up getting a ride to the park and back

I always have enjoyed the comfort of Holiday Inns.

They told us at 3pm that our room was ready but they would call us when it was. At 8pm we still had no call so we checked again anyways. We were told it STILL was not ready. They tried to put us in a room that was 2 double beds when we booked a 2 room suite with a king and 2 doubles. Finally they went and checked rooms and found our room was then ready. I should of never had to wait that long for our room.

It was awful.

Shower head fell off, fridge wasn’t working, didn’t get any bedding or towels for FIVE HOURS. Phones not working, room dirty, mold on the vents. Overall Horrible experience.

It’s was nice. The room did not have any towels, the outlet in the bathroom, no toilet paper roll holder. I had to go down to ask for towels at3am when I got back to my room and there was no one to be found for at least 15 minutes on the hotel Lobby. And he was rude when he came back. One of the rooms smelled terrible like mold. I had 3rooms the maid knocked on my door 5times between 830 and 1045am

We had the two bedroom suite with the four queen beds. What I didn’t like was that one of the rooms was not cold like the other room that was freezing

A gunman was in the hotel and the police had to evacuate us in the morning. Staff had little information on this so I felt they were ill equipped to deal with the situation.

the carpet needs to be clean food stains all over the living room area, paying for parking is ridiculous I think this is just another way to get money from the guests.

Staff and location was nice.

Was not clean like previous stays. We usually always stay here and has always been great until this last trip. Had to buy lysol to spray the room due to it not feeling or smelling clean. Was first time being on 8th floor so maybe that floor is not as nice as the other floors. Room felt and smelt like dirty water. Paper we received from front desk for wifi felt like it had set in a room full of moisture the next day and did not feel like the paper he had printed. Price was nice but our next trip in August will be at a different hotel.

The location is convenient.

When we first arrived, it felt like the hotel attempted to scam us by saying they would refund us 110$ of our Universal Orlando tickets. At the end he wanted us to sign a document about visiting another IHG hotel (would result in us arriving late to the park and we needed to pay 50$??!!)-- when we discovered that, it seemed like a huge scam. They tried EXTREMELY hard to make us sign the document.. BTW it was an IHG employee.. We booked a premium junior suite, thinking we would have a luxury stay, but the room was not properly cleaned and there were giant COCKROACHES in the room!!! This resulted in us having to switch room during the night... I have slept at many Holiday Inns, but after this stay I am strongly considering choosing another brand moving forward.

I got double charged for the TAX and what the hell??, booking.com already charge me for $71 TAX, and I got the Hotel charge $71 again! And NO response for the receipt request

The hotel is disgustingly dirty. The lobby is redone and looks amazing but once you reach the hallways and go Into the rooms it’s like you stepped back in time!!! Dirty rugs old furniture! The air conditioning was not working the entire stay and things were broken or missing from the room. The staff did not seem to care and the mangers did nothing about it.
