Beach front

Kitchen water leak, couch was very dirty, back door was hard to lock, carpet looked dirty.

Place was clean and well made. TV worked and wi-fi was great. Loved the restaurant on-site

The apartment was a little dirty

The view from the room was beautiful. Loved how there was an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, steam room, gym, store and restaurant. The location was amazing! The sand was white and the ocean was breathtaking. I loved the mirror walls. I was able to take family photos easily from the mirror view.

The lady at the front didnt seem the friendliest. I had a question on how to work the sauna and she didn't seem to go out her way to help. She ask someone and told me to read the instructions on the door, but it still wouldn't cut on. The change machine was out of order and I was only able to was 1 load from what change I had in my purse. The washer should be free in my opinion. It did a poor job on cleaning the clothes. The iron was leaking water and got my shirt soaking wet. Had to get that replaced. There was no oven mit. Wish there was a hair dryer there, but didn't have one. There was also a spring poking out the mattress that scratched my leg a few times. The room was a little pricey. Maybe if they had free breakfast, it would meet the price.

construction was going on during the entire 2-months stay; at times, the drilling, pounding and concrete grinding noise was so bad some days, you couldn't make a phone call in the apartment Manager reimbursed us 10% of price paid. After tires of five cars of out-of-state tourists were slashed we worried about safety.

The condo was in a good location and directly on the beach. There was ample parking. The building is safe and they have security on site. The on-site store was OK, but a little pricy. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the leather couch sagged a bit, but was OK. The table chair pads were all stained, but comfortable. The balcony chairs were OK, but there was only one very worn TV tray they had for the balcony. There were adequate kitchen supplies and toiletries. There is a washing machine and dryer on the floor. $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. The company managing the property did run me out a blow dryer which was nice. Trash chutes are located on each floor. There are four elevators, so you don't ever have to wait long. The building was well staffed at the front desk and they were very nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

The outdoor pool was not heated and the indoor hot tub was not working. The on-site restaurant had limited days and times it was open, and was only serving pizza and alcohol. I couldn't ever even drink coffee out on the balcony without the birds showing up and I was on the 15th floor. There was only one thin towel for drying dishes, one little bottle of dish soap and 1 package of tabs for the dishwasher. It was OK for one person staying there, but it would not be OK if there were more people staying there. The floor was tile and there were no rugs anywhere so the floor was hard and cold to walk on. I like to walk in bare feet. There were no end tables by the couch to hold a drink or a snack. The lock on one of the bathroom doors did not work and I could not get the sliding bathroom door out. The walls need to be patched and painted and the balcony needs to be resurfaced and better furniture. There were no beach towels, or coffee filters. If you were driving you could bring coffee filters, dish soap, beach towels, a box of tissues, paper towels, extra toilet paper etc., but I didn't want to pack all that in my luggage. You pay mostly for the location and the view.

I loved almost everything about it

There was things in the pictures that was not there when we got there. The bedroom door was broke could not shut it. Could not use second fold out couch not enough room to put it out. Bed was very hard. Kept cutting and bruising my shin on bed frame. But other than that really loved the hotel best place ever.

Hotel was in the middle of everything right by all the attractions.

It smelled VERY BAD , older , INCORRECT ROOM I booked for oceanview an got a garbage view instead! oh & the locks didn’t work in the door had to put my suite case in front of it.

Bathroom needs upgrading. Overall the resort was nice, however the bathroom rugs are peeling from the floor. The bathtub needs work and the metal piece where the water turns on, my husband tightened so we could turn water on. The tv in bedroom didn't work. Stayed at resort several times, never had all the additional fees.

The receptionist was very pleasant and greeted me coming into the building.

I would like taller toilets. The room was fine, and served its purpose.

The facility itself was very nice; spacious enough for the two of us!

Unfortunately, you cannot control what other people do and even though it was a "no smoking facility" people cannot leave the use of recreational drugs out of their daily lives. The constant, every day smell made me sick to stomach and gave me headache. Also the ceiling in the shower was starting to fall down, there wasn't enough blankets to keep warm at night, and not enough pillows.

The keys were fine. Front desk was great but they don’t deal Vacasa rentals so we couldn’t just transfer rooms or then to give us a refund.! Vacasa Has been a nightmare working with!! The room was dirty and disgusting. And it smelled like they were coving up pot smell!!

The room was a dump and the doors were off the hinges and it was not clean. Couches were disgusting. The bed was broken! It looks like domestic violence that happen in there. We checked out immediately. And Vacasa has messed around with us. Terrible customer service and will not give us a refund! We sat in the lobby and waited for them to call us back and they did not call us back. My husband talked to five different people. Finally I just paid for another room for the week! Still fighting to get our money back. It’s exhausting.

This has more to do with booking.com than the unit. This is not the unit that was pictured in the booking.com listing. After reserving room I was sent a confirmation from Vacasa.com and the pictures were of a different unit alot higher up and not as good of a view. After contacting both I was informed they only have to give you a unit in the complex that was advertised.

The bedroom door was broken an the hideaway bed was broken… it poked a hole in my 9yr old daughters back.

Bathrooms were dirty. Beds were smelly. They need to renovate. Not even beachfront.

The location was perfect. I had a view of the beach as well as Emerald Coast Hwy.

The bed was awful. It squeaked with every turn, and the couches needed some cleaning. One of the sleepers was defective.

The room was outdated lacked washer and dryer and even a frying pan. The bed frame was raggedy and had wooden blocks to hold it up.

The room was clean. Location was nice close to everything.

Was told had perfect ocean view and it didn't. Other rooms looked like they did but 208 has pool roof blocking most of view.The back sliding door didn't lock had put broom in there.

My bed was dirty and had a spot of blood on them I told the staff and text the number of the condos and didn’t get a response until the next day all they said is they would let them know nothing got done about it

I don't know where breakfast was served but I did hear from other guest it was not exceptional and definitely not included/free.

This really shouldn't be considered a resort because it doesn't have any amenities included. The breeze way by the elevators has no A/C so if you have to wait for the elevators for an extended period of time it gets hot really fast. The room was nice and spacious but the couches had some type of stains on them. They really shouldn't charge all the extra fees for it being a resort it's just a hotel.

Everything was good easy and easy out. Facilities were very accommodating.

Booking.com lied, misled and screwed us over big time. 1st priority was OCEAN FRONT I was led to believe it was but it was not! Tiny sliver view of ocean Room was not clean. Floors so dirty we had to wear shoes inside did not have hair dryer as stated In amenities. Had to buy blankets for beds room was in bad shape needs cleaned and updated. Will never trust booking.com ever again and will NEVER stay where it is managed by Vacasa. I spent hours on the phone holding with Vacasa and was never helped. Could not leave message it was full They blamed you! Your using a generic picture of room is extremely deceitful SHAME ON YOU!!!

Did not know about breakfast. I bought it in the restaraunt.

Room could use new paint.
