Las habitaciones son viejas, incluso los baños se ven manchados de humedad. El personal es variable, unos amables, otros nada simpáticos El desayuno está bien, hay pan y waffles pero es mejor complementar comprando jamón o queso uno mismo

No tuvimos servicio al cuarto esperábamos q nos tendieran las camas y limpiaran un poco el cuarto

It was very dirty and full of cockroaches. Carpets were disgusting and there was blood on sheets. Left after one night. Only stayed the one night as we checked in after 2am.

Breakfast was so much better than we expected. Waffles were great, so was the sausage, egg and coffee. Lots of healthy options to choose from such as fruit, yougart, cereal and juice.

The bathroom could use a refresh, such as bathtub.

Nothing horrible hotel

Everything! From the moment you walk in you see mole. I was upset to see left over candy by the last person in the room which means this room was not cleaned, bedsheets were dirty and bathroom had mole.

This property was very rundown. The rooms were very dirty, the shower was gross. It looked like a scene from a crime scene. Didn’t feel safe at all.

Overall stay. There was roaches in the room, the pictures online made the rooms seem more upkept. As shown in the pictures there was alot of imperfections in upkeep with the room especially the third picture that shows one of the occasions that a roach was found. I also booked for the fact that there was a shuttle available for the theme park yet once scheduled there was no method of knowing where the pick location at the hotel would be and had to find it myself as well as on the way back again no clear plan as to what shuttle was the one for the hotel and bus was missed and unfortunately no one was available to help with shuttle questions

Excelente relacion calidad precio, camas muy comodas, asean la habitacion todos los dias, todo salio tal cual fue publicado en booking.

The hotel has all the amenities that we were looking for. It is overall comfortable, generally very clean and provides the necessary comforts that one would expect. the location is wonderful and is near a variety of resturants and only a short drive to theme parks. It does offer shuttle service, unfortunately the times were undesirable. Breakfast was offered and the variety was better than expected yet lacking. There is a pool and hottub although they could use a refresh. Free parking is a plus. Felt safe

The ice bucket and tray looked dirty. The floor was soaked, clearly they had just shampooed the carpets and they were so wet none of our bags could be left on the ground and we wore shoes throughout the room. At the time of check in we were notified this was the best room, so kept it, only to discover the bedding...but we requested the bedding after 11pm after a full day out at the parks, after we crawled in to bed and then noticed that the blanket was torn and tattered and had some discoloration. No big deal right, call and request new bedding?! Except the front desk agent now stated he could not leave the front desk as he was alone. I offered to come retrieve it and was told there wasn't any, however he did offer to switch me rooms. It was a solution, however my kids were already asleep and I was not repacking my room at 11pm. So we dealt with it. The phone I used to call the front desk, had a squished bug under the handset. The workers in the breakfast area are rude and dismissive and don't speak English. There was no peanut butter, ok fine. But then no butter at all for any of the bread, bagels, waffles they provide. There is little variety outside of basics like cereal, bread, etc. White bread only. One type of yogurt. Check in was quick, however lengthy due to multiple check ins at the same time. Based on our booking, the hotel knew exactly when to expect us, so it was presumed that they were aware of most of the other bookings.

Mala predisposición. Nos entregaron la habitación sucia y con las camas sin tender. Nos ofrecieron otra con sábanas y piso manchados. El lavatorio tapado. El día de limpieza no limpiaron. Pedimos con tiempo shampoo y toallas nuevas el tercer día y esa misma noche al llegar no había nada. Cuando llamamos a recepción nos hicieron ir a buscar las toallas y nos dijeron que shampoo no tenían. El WiFi casi nunca llegaba a las habitaciones. El ascensor todo sucio todo el tiempo. La habitación no la limpiaron el día que deberían haberlo hecho. Al quejarnos prefirieron cambiarnos a una limpia vacía antes que limpiar la nuestra. No recomiendo para nada este hotel a nadie, pésima experiencia.

Desde que entrabas a la habitación el aroma era malo, como a humedad, la alfombra totalmente sucia, las paredes del baño sucias, muchas partes con moho, la verdad no quise revisar más pero no se sentía nada cómodo

The hotel was very comfortable.

I had to leave because in the morning my wife and I found over 7 roaches on the night stand,the table between the two beds and under the radio clock. We left after one night.

Fantastic location, excellent room size, nice pool and lots of free parking. Very pleasant walk through tree-lined avenue to nearby Icon Park with its restaurants, big wheel, various other rides and Sea Life Aquarium. Outdoor (unheated) pool was great, even in January! Hot tub even better.

Ignorant and unpleasant staff on reception, lack of choice in breakfast offering, occasional random down-and-outs / schizophrenics trying to get a free breakfast, and arguing with the manager at full volume (he handled it well). Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. Generally in need of some caer and attention.

O café da manhã é péssimo. E boa localização. O carpete do quarto sujo e com muitas baratas 🪳

Poderia ter atendentes mais atenciosos e simpáticos. Um café da manhã com mais opções (frutas, sucos, etc). E melhorar a higiene do quarto principalmente o carpete que são sujos e com baratas em todo quarto. Acordei com uma em meu braço. Comuniquei a camareira que ficou de relatar a sua chefe. Não voltarei para aquele hotel, nem indico a ninguém!

Good location, shuttle to Disney Parks, clean rooms. Good breakfast layout

Most of the staff were rude. Breakfast time is a mad house and was out everything an hour after opening. No vending machines anywhere that I could find other than by the pool which didn’t have any drinks.

I liked the service.

the beds are small, the breakfast only had pancakes and cereal, there were no eggs, bacon, sausage, as every hotel usually has, I found the breakfast to be very poor and it is not worth paying the hotel just for the included coffee, why not My opinion was terrible.

Staff were friendly and facilities were good.

Breakfast was poor in comparison to quality in. By the lakes and rooms were not very clean.

Nothing, very poor hotel. Will never stay again.
