Staff, location and good room

location could be better, and old carpet give a not good impression.

The check in was easy. Our room was clean. The evening social was very nice.

We booked a king and got 2queens. The soda machine wasn’t working in the am because a staff member took the key home.

The rooms were very spacious. There was a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. There was a buffet breakfast every morning.

Everything was good.

My room was clean and smelled clean very very organized furniture was clean and up to date, property matched the photos on line

The room was nice and Clean the staff was really awesome and the pool was fun. The beds were super cozy breakfast was better Sunday Morning rather than Saturday more effort there and items to choose from coffee free 24/7 was great ! We always stay here always 😁

Nothing was disliked but I would like breakfast Saturday to be like Sunday it's vacation but it's okay it was included in the stay complementary

They upgraded our room for free. It was super quiet and extremely convenient to the parks.

Close to Seaworld. The staff was friendly. Great breakfast and comfortable bed. Switched room Because of the smell in the original room without a problem.

The location was excellent distances from Sea World, Premium Outlet , & Disney World. Nice rooms & great breakfast.

Perfect location to stores and Disney!

One minor issue was the bed was right across and under where the cold ac air blew right on you when sleeping.

The hotel says it provides transportation to Sea World. That is misleading. It provides transportation up until 11 a.m. to SeaWorld. There is not a shuttle service like you receive at other hotels or resort properties. We booked with the intent to not need to drive to the park, but because we missed the last shuttle at check-in, we had to drive. Plus without a continuous shuttle option families do not get to go back to the hotel for a midday break. However, that was the only downside.

Good breakfast and dinner some nights. Friendly staff and very clean.

The two breakfasts we had were different and that surprised us. Steve wanted another orange and they were out and very nice lady got one for him. The next day I spilt my milk and this nice guy came and cleaned it up for me.

Only thing I think of is my hubby bit into a bad apple. It looked nice so who would have known.
