Great location, great rooms, great breakfast, GREAT staff.

A little pricy. That is the ONLY problem i had with this place

the room was not super clean (I found crumbs and hair on the floor) I hate the soap dispenser I prefer the single use soap and shower

Nothing stands out as bad. Parking is a situation. Street parking is extremely hard to find.

Toilet flush was not working . This is the basic necessity . Very disappointed. Breakfast was very very ordinary for the price we paid.

Great place, large, comfortable rooms, clean, and updated. Breakfast was a good balanced variety.

On check out, we asked staff to call us a taxi to take us to the Hertz car rentals and showed him a screenshot of where we wanted to go .This was done quite quickly. We were told it would be here in 8 minutes. When the vehicle arrived, it wasn't a taxi, which we had requested , but a town car. We showed the driver a screenshot of the address downtown for the car rental, as he assumed we were going to the cruise terminal. This driver then took us out to the car rentals at the airport, and the fare cost us $69 compared to the $35 we had paid in a taxi coming in from the airport 2 days before.

The hotel is walking distance to design district. The rooms are ok, big enough, the beds are really comfortable. Parking is available fo additional cost. Friendly staff. Breakfast is from 6.00 to 10.00, which was great.

Nothing, maybe more salty things for breakfast, but this is everywhere in USA. To get to the center you have to use transportation (uber, car, bus)

Nos intentaros cargar 2 veces en la tarjeta una vez ya pagada la estancia, diciendonos como solucion que ya lo revisarian. Reservamos hace 2 meses una Suite con 2 camas extragrandes y salon con sofacama y nos dieron otra habitacion con solo una cama y un sofa cama y nos dijeron que no tenian la suite cuando ya habíamos estado en ella del 24 al 27 de diciembre y el 31 no....nos ofrecieron otra habitacion como alternativa tras reclamarles e insistir que habiamos reservado una Suite y habiamos pagado por ello. Nos dieron finalmente una habitacion standard con 2 camas dobles con un pequeño descuento que para nada justifica el coste que pagados y que sin duda no permitia estar 3 adulytos y 2 niños. El Desayuno muy pobre en variedad, eso si el personal del desayuno un 10

El desayuno fué suficiente para la calidad y precio. No pudimos apagar el aire acondicionado en su totalidad pero la habitación estaba muy limpia y amplia. La ubicación de acuerdo al objetivo de nuestro viaje fué excelente. La atención en el counter muy buena.

Le personnel de la réception étaient froids limite désagréable 2 réceptionnistes différentes nous ont pris de haut. J’ai été choquée par leur froideur. Des fois elles font exprès de ne pas entendre nos salutations J’espère que cela n’a rien avoir avec notre couleur de peau; vu que l’entre elles est noire aussi Bref!| je ne reviendrai jamais

The toilet didn’t always refill automatically. There was no extra roll of toilet paper and the shampoo bottle was empty.

Bed ,Location, Hotel Receptionist,and Room were all great.

I didn't like that I updated my credit card info but it wasn't updated with the hotel through Booking.com.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and everything was set beautifully.

I have no complaints.
