1. I had to pay a security deposit upfront which was not mentioned on the booking 2. the swimming pool is not temperature controlled. My children were shivering after the swim

I liked how big was the room, I kind of didn’t expect it

It was after if it wasn’t ready for check in coz a lot of thing wasn’t ready inside the room like the commone towels and slippers. Also the TV, maybe they should upgrdae to smart tvs

اداره الفندق سيئه جدا وغير متعاونين مع النزيل من اسوء التجارب ولن تتكرر انصح بعدم السكن فيه والمسافات طويله من الباركينج الى الغرف وغير ذلك طالبين اكسترا بيد وعندهم ضمان 400 درهم ومتصلين الساعه 3 الفجر وكميه ازعاج من موضف الاستقبال مصري اسمه Mohammed غير طبيعيه لدفع مبلغ الاكسترا بيد طيب خذو من مبلغ الضمان !!! بختصار الكلام لا انصح وبشده وسلامتكم

تعامل الموظفين جدا سئ هذه المره

Год назад проживали в этом отеле. В этом году останавливались опять. Понравилось быстрое заселение. Удобное расположение отеля, организация трансфера на пляж. На завтрак очень вкусный шведский стол. Ужин выбираешь по меню. В следующий приезд остановимся опять в этом отеле.

Не могу представить.

The check-out time was a little long due to the large number of guests and the lack of reception staff

Overall very nice experience and a warm welcoming staff specially Himalcha. Rooms are just a decent size and the breakfast menu is basic. Very close to Metro and the location would suit many coming for business trips. Free drop to DXB Airport and Mamzar Beach!

Its a new hotel with mordern decor. Rooms etc are very clean with lots of natural lighting. Beds are comfortable. its hardly 2 mins walk from nearest metro station and with in 10 mins driving distance of airport terminals. Very conveniently located.

Room service was not very good. Ordered Mutton Biryani which was very bland and also pricey.
