Centrally located in Nizwa Old Town, with private parking (very handy!). Staff very helpful; breakfast buffet was quite extensive, and could be enjoyed on the rooftop with a fine view on Nizwa fort. Our room with private bathroom was located in a separate building just across the narrow street. Rooms were simple but clean; some minor noise from the neighbors was unavoidable as the building is ancient (though fully renovated) and our neighbors happened to be Italian.

Pas de rangement du tout dans les chambres. Une seule serviette de toilette par personne, pas de petite ou de tapis de bain et en plus, l eau de la douche part de partout. La piscine est la plupart du temps à l’ombre. Que 6 transats quasi tous cassés. Petit déjeuner: juste ce qu il faut, mais pas plus. Pas d insonorisation.

Fijn hotel midden in het centrum van Nizwa. Binnen 2 minuten lopen in de Souk. Deluxe kamer is ruim, niet luxe maar goed genoeg en ligt in een bijgebouw aan het zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Avondeten was prima, maar geen hoogstandje zoals we elders in Oman aten. Alleen al voor de locatie zou ik geen ander hotel kiezen!

Een lange trap naar het dakterras waar ontbijt en avondeten worden geserveerd.

As usual, a great stay at Antique Inn. The dinner and breakfast served on the rooftop, with the view on the Nizwa Fort, are always tasty and filling. The rooms have this traditional charm that we are looking for. And the location, 3 min away from the souq and the fort by foot is just perfect. This is my go-to hotel when taking visitors to this part of Oman.

Some rooms are particularly small, you have to be ready for it.

Breakfast! Limited choice and items ran out! Croissants were stale, could have done with crisping them up in the oven! coffee served in paper cups was disappointing! I ended up with a small coffee and nothing else as nothing was appealing!

Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer, Platz war nur für einen kleinen Koffer zum öffnen, sehr dunkel.

Ligging was ideaal, enkel er komen met de auto was chaotisch. Mooi dat de oude elementen behouden zijn.

De weg er naartoe was erg smal en heel erg druk door een soort voetgangers gebied. De drukte werd mogelijk veroorzaakt door een vrije dag van de lokale bevolking

The location is excellent to explore Nizwa fort and the Souq that are both only a short walk away. There is a parking lot and the breakfast was very good in my opinion with lots of choices. My first impression of the hotel wasn't the best because it is a very old building and so there are some quirks (no windows in the room and the bathroom, while private to our room, was outside of the room itself) but by the end of our stay I was happy with the hotel. The shower is not separate from the toilet which I usually don't prefer but there was a cover for the toilet seat which prevented it from getting wet and the room dried quickly and there was hot water so it was fine. Check out Shawathin Cafe nearby for some really excellent coffee drinks!

The water in the pool seemed dirty (smelled bad) when we were there.

Mis à part l'emplacement dans le centre historique de Nizwa, l'établissement est très moyen. Le personnel était très aimable.

Petit déjeuner très limite. Les chambres sont trop petites, il n'y a pas d'armoire et la salle de bain est inondé dès que l'on prend une douche. Il n'y a rien pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain. La connexion Wifi est très mauvaise et ne cesse de s'interrompre à tout bout de champ. Par ailleurs la chambre était très bruyante car située coté rue (les fenêtres donnent directement sur la ruelle ou il y a constamment du passage).

The location is great - in the heart of old Nizwa. The staf was friendly and polite. We liked the dinner, the mixed grill was simply delicious.

Quite high and hard pillows. The bedsheet was not washed well - I found some strange particles and traiils of leapstick on it. The lack of toaletries - there was only one set of shampoo/gel. The cleanliness of the floor and carpet was questionable. The previous furniture (the matraces on the floor) was more authentic and comfortable.

The location is absolut superb. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast on the roof terrace is very nice. We booked the rooms at the pool and that was a very good choice. Nice clean pool to refresh after exploring the city. I will sure come again one day Thank you to all the friendly staff

Ottima posizione in pieno centro dove è facilmente raggiungibile tutto a piedi. La piscina, ben tenuta, è sicuramente un plus. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nelle camere davanti la piscina con piccolo patio privato, molto bella anche la parte di casa antica ristrutturata. Colazione in terrazza con buona scelta di dolce e salato. Personale gentile e disponibile.

La doccia non aveva il piatto e quindi si allagava tutto il bagno anche con tutti gli accorgimenti possibili per evitarlo.

Mooi oud origineel Omans hotel met lekker dakterras en gelegen op toplocatie.

Zwembad gedateerd en oude ligbedden.Tevens maakt unit naast zwembad enorm veel lawaai.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne dachterasse und gutes Frühstück.

Dunkles sehr kleines Zimmer. Man hört jedes Moped als würde es durchs Zimmer fahren. Beim duschen wird das gesamte Bad überschwemmt.

De oudheid van de stad was voelbaar!

Das Antique Inn ist sehr schwierig zu finden - das Navi in unserem Mietauto konnte es leider nicht. Die Lage ist dann jedoch fantastisch, alles kann zu Fuss erreicht werden, das Fort von Nizwa ist direkt nebenan. Es gibt ein leckeres Buffet auf der Terrasse für einen fairen Preis.

Es gibt direkt nebenan eine grosse Baustelle, die nicht aussieht, als würde sie bald fertig werden. Daher war da permanenter Baulärm, auch Sonntags.

Struttura fantastica, piena di storia, un'atmosfera magica che ti fa tornare indietro nel tempo. La terrazza ha una vista magnifica sul forte e sulla moschea. La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro storico di Nizwa senza dover prendere l'auto. Bella anche la piscina.

La stanze sono un po' rumorose ma se sei ai piani alti non è un grosso problema, soprattutto se segui i ritmi dell'Oman, sveglia presto e a letto presto. Rapporto qualità-prezzo della stanza è un po' altino, ma qui si paga l'esperienza di dormire in un posto antico e la sua posizione, non la stanza in sé.

De accommodatie is heel goed, midden in de stad en dichtbij alle bezichtigingen. Het zwembad is ook erg fijn!
