Check-in procedures were misleading on Booking.com app-"Guests required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check in" but not true since no one is onsite. Then damage deposit will be collected by Paypal and only with Paypal as I learned. This info is buried in a link at the bottom of the "fine print," so if you miss it and you make a reservation, the booking is unrefundable. While it was convenient to communicate via the booking chat when traveling, they did not answer calls made to the phone number. At the house, the bedroom looked dinghy and could've used a fresh coat of paint. Same with the shared bathroom. Traffic noise filters into the bedroom despite windows being shut. Also curtains don't shut completely and people on the porch can see into the bedroom. My interactions with management felt transactional and they don't seem to be very accommodating to guest needs. They refused my request for a courtesy check out since I checked in at about 11pm. They even refused a request to stow luggage or stay in the common area beyond checkout time before my flight.

Łazienka do odnowienia bardzo stara , brak ciepłej wody nad ranem. Klamki od drzwi pokoi moim zdaniem są do wymiany bardzo stare , ciężko się zamyka / otwiera .. Dużo restrykcji troszkę zaburzone , ale w porządku. Z mojego punktu widzenia polecam duży jeden plakat na przyszłość dla gości w każdym pokoju - również wysłać jeden dłuższy plakat na Whats’uppa . Przy wymeldowaniu ciągle sprawdzałam każdą wiadomość od osoby wprowadzonej nas w mieszkanie .

Hygiene could definitely have been better, especially in the shower, there was so much hair in there that it wouldn't drain. Also, there is quite some noise from airplanes flying over, and the walls are thin.

The service employee was responding quickly.

There were very strict rules but no enforcement for the guest braking them. This resulted in broken nights and bad sleep. There were also cockroaches

Very nice large room and nice property condition, good amenities like TV etc.

Shower could be more high pressure and the instructions for entering the property could be made available sooner although they were clear once provided.
