Service was good. The staff arranged a large vehicle to take us to the airport. (5 people with many suitcases)

The door lock system stopped working, but they fixed it the same day.

So... It was unclean, the beds are super uncomfortable, I didn't even dared to take a shower there

First of all when we just arrived we wanted to take a bath and there were no towels we tried to dial with the phone in the room and the phone did not work and we dialed from our cell phone more than 5 times and no one ever answered the call... we had to go to Reception and ask for towels and to fix the phone ..... they left us waiting until they felt like taking the towels and the phone was never fixed in the three nights we stayed! every time we occupied something we had to go to the reception .... the volume of the tv went up and down by itself, it didn't work either ... I wouldn't stay again I wouldn't recommend it either

The place has a great location and the conditions of the room are great

During breakfast the waiters were very rude. We asked for the menu in order to ask something complementary besides the continental breakfast, and they just evaded our table. We asked twice and waited for a long time and at the end, after more than 30min waiting for the menu, we decided to go.

Very family friendly, the pool was very nice and clean, the restaurant staff was the nicest.
