The location was the best part of the stay. Great walking distance to the River Walk and other little places.

The inside of the location was not the same as the pictures I view while booking the place. Floors were warped, toilet seat was old and distressed looking (definitely needs to be replaced for the amount it cost to rent the place), trash was found inside the sofa, and the outside area at the door entrance looked like it hadn't been maintained in months (full of bugs, leaves, spider webs). Definitely needed some outside grounds keeping done.

Centrally located to walk to what we wanted to see. Beds were comfortable, and having 2 bedrooms was great for a family to have some personal space as well as our quality time together. the place was big enough that it didn’t feel cramped

not a bigger table to eat at with multiple people Suggestion: to have folding trays to eat on because there isn’t that much space.

Location and very comfortable apartment. Great bed and fully equipped kitchen.

You could hear everything from the upstairs apartment and of course it was a very loud Bachelorette party.

The location and back area was fantastic for us. We were able to host friends after dinner and enjoy their company. Plus it's right by Zunzi's which is always a huge plus.

We noticed there was a puncture wound on the coffee table that would be fixed. Also there was a van that constantly parked in our parking spot. Preventing us from parking or having our friends park there. It was rather upsetting since the parking spot was included in our stay.
