Great location, amenities, breakfast was great. When my room was downgraded, the front desk amended the issue swiftly and generously.
The pool didn’t appear clean or very attractive.

The location, the staff, the accommodations, all great.
It was in need of a lot of updates. Parts of the hotel were pretty old and dirty looking.

Great location, lobby is very comfortable a lot of space to sit and work.
Parking is not available, and the valet service costs $50 per night. When I arrived, the public parking lot was full, and it was about 5-minute walk from the hotel. Additionally, there is no free coffee provided during the day, which I find to be a basic amenity.

Staff was friendly and the view of the river was fantastic
Valet parking was terrible and the sheets & towels had black mark on them.
