The location was great and the staff was great. The breakfast was pretty good also.

Location is great. Breakfast was OK but nothing impressive. Pool bar/deck was nice. Clean property.

River view was more like half a river view. After paying $500.00 per night, I found the $45.00 per day valet parking a bit outrageous. No restaurant. Only food option was very simple items at the pool bar/deck. Housekeeping did not clean the room while we were gone for the afternoon, nor did anyone ask if we wanted it cleaned.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff at the front desk and with breakfast along with the valet were great.

The valet is the only way to park there and it is $45 per day. It seems that all city hotels now have valet parking and charge these amounts. We stayed in Nashville a few weeks ago and it was the same. This would be great to know up front when booking online, so you really know the full price. There was also an odor in the room coming from work being done down the hall and there was supposed to be a queen bed, but it was really a full size bed in room 415.

Valet parking. Would be nice if we could park our own vehicle since the lot is right across from the hotel. Only complaint.

Every interaction with staff was positive and pleasant.

Let’s start with the biggest problem: the bathroom. The bathroom needs serious attention. It was not up to any sort of hygienic standards. Yes, the tub and toilet were white, the floors appeared to have been clean, but that was it. There is black mold in the bath tub where the soap holder was and it was also growing on the walls. There was extensive water damage on the ceiling that had obviously been painted over and obvious water damage to the walls surrounding the tub (the wallpaper was peeling up.) The shower only had a cloth shower curtain with no plastic liner. As far as safety goes… Our balcony door did not close, our phone was disconnected, and to top it off our second night the door to the front of the room BROKE and would not close. Maintenance was here until after 11pm working on it and could not entirely fix the problem because it turns out that the door needs to be replaced. As far as the linens go, they appeared to be clean and our towels also appeared to be clean. I can’t say the same for the room my mother in law stayed in.

The maintenance going on, literally the whole morning someone was beating, drilling and just making a whole lot of noise outside my room. I believe hotels should wait till checkout or close down during renovations or at least tell the customer so they could know in advance not to stay there

Parking only valet, I prefer to parking my car, also overpriced $45 dollars per night. Breakfast could be better.

The RTB was my favorite part! The bartender was awesome.

Homewood suites is located ar the far end of river street a walk through construction to get to the sites on River street. Buffet breakfast or bar appitisers no dining available. Valet park is mandatory. Room was river view but pricy for the amenities ie no dining room or room service for food

The sofa/sofa bed that my daughter was supposed to use was filthy and was of poor quality. The carpet was extremely dirty and caused the room to have a bad smell.

We really enjoyed the rooftop area with the swimming pool. The bar and the view was excellent.

This place is just awesome from the beginning of our stay to the day we were leaving .THE rooms were spot on ,also the Roop top pool & bar 🍸. The staff was amazing ,would definitely stay here again 😀

clearly furniture in room badly needed replacement or upgrade, locking mechanism on deck did not work properly, off bathroom a valve was taped to the wall, exposed board was supporting sink; noise level was surprising due to construction-no prior notice was received that the hotel was experiencing issues due to construction next door.

Great roof top bar/restaurant/pool. After checking in, went to the rooftop and never left until bedtime. Rooftop entertainment was good too.

On the morning, there were no staff in the lobby. Waited several minutes without seeing any staff.

I was charged 45 dollars for parking every time I moved my car and did not know it until I got home. It added 250.00 dollars to my stay. Outrageous!!

Manager Bryan could have been customer focused and not defensive when approaching and initiating conversation with an upset and suffering customer. He was okay at the end and addressed our problems with their service. However, he was combative at the beginning and I felt being bullied. He was not concerned with my problems, only with my attitude (his word). Booking.com overpriced the room (booked queen studio- room607). I was charged $288/night and Homewood Suites charged $229 for the one bedroom King with river view room and balcony when we asked to be transferred to a livable room.

I was sold as a riverfront view. It was a view of construction. I call it bait and switch. Overpriced.

It wasn’t easy trying to find seating each morning for breakfast for 3. The food area was always congested. Great food though. I didn’t like the daily cost for valet parking although it was convenient

All of the staff were excellent. The breakfast, service and meal was delicious. Staff went above in assisting you. Valet was very helpful.

Ice machine on the floor went out. The staff jumped on repairs. Staff also helped with bringing the ice to our room.

Awesome rooftop bar, great live entertainment, friendly bartenders, clean room with beautiful river view, great, free evening reception with food and beverages, great complimentary breakfast and coffee. Easy access to River front.

We loved being on the river and able to watch the big ships come and go.

Having to pay $45 a day to park your car. Should be included I believe.
