The room was beautifully appointed, comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was charming and the location was excellent-just a few blocks to the River and Leopold's Ice Cream Parlor.

Convenient location, cute rooms

The pet friendly room had a bit of a smell when we got in, turned the air on and it was fine. The parking situation but hard to avoid that in a city like that.

We loved the room and our private patio. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, staff was good, my complaint is the bed, just not comfortable for me and for a hotel that's my main need so I can rest up for next days activities.

It’s a wonderful small hotel, and the fact that the EBI is pet friendly is a real plus when traveling with our dog.

the location was fantastic, having both a breakfast/lunch spot and a bar on property was great

our room (101) had a patio but we could not utilize it due to the stench of the garbage. very disappointing

it is a charming historic building very nicely restored and renovated in a perfect location for walking along the river in the central strip where all the restaurants, stores, and monuments are. It also has a small parking lot adjacent and parking is included in the price [not additional as with most other historic lodgings]. The bed was very comfortable and the spacious room we stayed in includes a large desk, a sofa and two reading chairs. Complimentary beverages and popcorn are offered.

If you are a light sleeper, there is some street noise [they provide complimentary ear plugs that we didn't need to use]. I found the pillows uncomfortable [too firm and too large] which was a shame to be disappointed with such a detail during an otherwise lovely stay.
