The view is super and the villa is breathtaking

was very remote without any transport would have been quite isolated. wasn’t aware rooms weren’t all connected through main house each room has its own access from balcony just be aware with smaller kids.

Very difficult access to the villa. On Google maps it's give a way that not exist. On rainy day, impossible to get back to the house

The villa is located on top of a hill with a super view of the sea and the mountains, including the pool, which is quite good for bathing. It is possible to order both lunch and dinner from the villa, which are prepared on site and are very tasty. Kudos to the chef. The location is suitable for those who are willing to hike up and down the hill to reach the sea in 20-30 minutes.

Driving to the mountains by car through the village is relatively extreme, so I recommend taking a car with the driver Joe through the villa :)

The view from villa is magnificent!!!! It is unbeatable at all. It is pretty new villa so good facilities and modern designed. The chefs who worked over there has passion and try to serve good food for you at least. Breakfast menu is very simple but okay. They provide some seleted menu for lunch(100K)and dinner( I can't remember coz I didn't order but I believe it was 300K) but have to inform them 24 hours before. Infinity pool is the best for take a beautiful photo.

It is too isolated from everything so you should bring everything what you need when you go over there. And the road to go to villa, it is off road and condition is very bad. Moreover, it is way to sharp and dangerous to go up to villa. They provided car with driver to go to kuta or drop and pick up service to airport, but little over price compare with market price. But you don't have any choice because that is pretty much only way. Also, there are too much bugs especially night time.

The staff were amazing and the accomodation was fantastic. The views were spectacular. It is a great property for families to stay.

Location was a little far away from everything. The information on booking.com was a little ,misleading when it came to nearby beaches and the distance from the villa. Unfortunately it was rather difficult to walk anywhere.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Menu for breakfast was small but good. I liked all the smoothies and omlette. View is stunning. All the rooms were clean.

The road was very bad. You could not rent a scooter to get there or to the beach. Basically you could only use the transfers Villa provided. But the prices for transfers were reasonable. I would not recommend it for people who want to look around Kuta. It is more like a getaway villa where you stay and chill out.
