This well-equipped and comfortable apartment is in a great location and we were happy to be there for over a month.

My husband and I enjoyed our 5-week stay through August, and made great use of the very pleasant patio outside the front door. It faces a large park which is frequented by baseball and cricket players, kids' soccer camp, a playground, dog walkers and runners. Groceries are 3 blocks away, and it is a short walk to restaurants, shops, buses and the Canada line. The furniture and bed are comfortable, the TV, internet and appliances worked well. The owner is pleasant and responsive. All four of our thumbs are up!

We enjoyed all this suite had to offer. Across the street from the community club and lots of people jogging and walking. Less than 10min from Canada Line King Edward station , 3blks from King Edward Ave, Cambie st and Oak st. Hillcrest rec center 20min walk . A good suite for 2 people to stay at.

This Place is a three blocks from Prince Rupert train station, which provides quick service to virtually anywhere in the Vancouver suburban area. Great and helpful hosts.

We loved living across the street from Douglas Park, where there is always lots of activity. The community center across the road has a nice little gym with affordable access. The neighborhood is centrally located - outside the city center but close by. The suite had everything we needed, including a comfortable fold-out bed. Great value for money.

Lovely place in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The family upstairs were very helpful when help was needed and even brought us fresh eggs which were delicious. As newcomers to the city this was a great place to start. Thank you!

We did enjoy the very comfortable bed and the great TV setup provided us with plenty of entertainment options for the rainy days. I enjoyed being able to walk to the skytrain station for a quick ride to downtown without the fuss of driving and parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Right across from the park afforded a great opportunity for a cold beer or glass of wine while kicking back in the Adirondack chairs.
Jamie was friendly and very responsive to all our needs and it is without reservation that we recommend his place for a stay.

Great getaway
While doing a full kitchen renovation, we knew that staying home was not feasible. Jamie’s place worked great for us. Close to downtown, the airport, UBC, Vancouver General Hospital, and our home made this place an ideal location.
Right across from the park afforded a great opportunity for a cold beer or glass of wine while kicking back in the Adirondack chairs.
Jamie was friendly and very responsive to all our needs and it is without reservation that we recommend his place for a stay.

This property is in a great location. We stayed here after my husbands transplant at VGH. It was in easy walking distance to and from the hospital. We really enjoyed the park across the street, watch all the comings and goings of families, soccer practice, etc.
The property it self is well maintained and clean. It worked well for us as my husband was recuperating.

Location is everything!
This is a wonderful location for a Vancouver stay. It is so close to the heart of the city but is in the most beautiful residential area. Across from a park, the view is lovely. Close to lots of amenities, and a perfect neighbourhood to walk or bike through. The suite is bright and has a patio area where you can enjoy a view of the mountains.

Great Stay!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Jamie’s property and it was great. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and more! He and his family live upstairs but we didn’t hear them at all (although we were out lots.) The apartment is extremely close to transit and there was usually a car2go nearby too, and the mount pleasant neighbourhood is so beautiful. The bed is comfy, everything was clean, and the check-in/out process was easy! I would totally stay there again next time I’m in the city. Thanks Jamie!

We stayed 3 weeks in Jamie's apt in January. Our stay was to deal with some medical issues at VGH which was only a 15 mins walk away. The location was perfect for us! We walked to appointments, to groceries, cafes and around the beautiful park just across the street! The apartment had everything we needed. We cooked most nights and had all we needed in the kitchen. If anything was needed Jamie was always helpfull and easily reached. The apt itself was bright, warm and clean with access to laudry. We would stay at Jamie's again and will recommend it to friends. Thank you Jamie and all the best!

Great parkside location, easy transit access, clean and comfortable.
Had extended stay at this ground level apartment....hosts were professional and friendly....bed was amazingly comfy, kitchen was very well equipped, and many windows let in daylight. Access to downtown Vancouver via Canada Line was a 7 mins walk away.
Without hesitation, this a great place to stay.

In a very nice neighborhood with easy access to all of Vancouver
I really liked that I could walk to stores and restaurants. The neighborhood , and the area from King Edward to Broadway, Granville to Cambie made for very nice walks.
Public transit; buses and the Canada Line were really close. Also easy to get to the areas surrounding Vancouver. I did not spend a lot of time inside; however, I slept well and cooked two dinners and one breakfast during my week long stay.
A great place to use as a home base for exploring Vancouver. A bit spartan in terms of furnishings; however, that was not an issue for me. Other than sleeping and relaxing at night, I was out and about.
Also really liked the number keypad for locking and unlocking the door. No need to carry a key.
