The hotel is lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room I was initially in didn't get good wifi and they very kindly moved me to a room closer to reception (try to request a room on the 1st floor if you need good wifi). The room was very comfy and it was nice to have a desk & plenty of storage space. Good shower & hot water, too. The pool looked nice, but unfortunately it was raining during most of my stay and I didn't get to use it. Breakfast is ok, but coffee is very bad! I highly recommend Ratio Coffee around the corner.

The location is close to Talat Sao (market) & the bus station, but other than that there's not much around. Very limited options for dining, coffee etc., within close walking distance. Night market, restaurants, etc., are about a 15-20 min walk. Walls are paper thin. Believe it or not, water pressure was too high! I could not use the bum gun (bidet sprayer) and had to make my own with a water bottle instead - beware!

Zimmer war ein sehr dunkles Loch! Selbst tagsüber brauchte man Licht. Die Aufnahme wurde tagsüber gemacht. Im Bad tropfte dauernd Wasser im WC. Frühstück fast ausschließlich warmes Essen. Als Alternative einfaches Toastbrot, kein Belag. Als Obst gab es Bananen.

- Les toilettes fuyaient, ils n'ont pas réussi à résoudre le problème - Murs et plafonds de la chambre un peu défraîchis,, il y a des tâches d'humidité

The staff were always helpful and friendly at the front desk. They helped us plan the next leg of our journey easily. The bed was soft .

Was a little dirty under the bed, and the shower did not remain hot for long. Could hear noises from outside and from other rooms easily.

Nice enough hotel, convenient location in the city, would recommend if you are looking for somewhere comfortable that isn't too expensive.

Lindo, prolijo, buena relación precio calidad. La lavandería era más barata que en lugares de la zona. Los precios de la comida y la bebida eran similares al supermercado.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and decent breakfast. To clarify - this is a bed and breakfast (not hotel). They don't provide food other than breakfast. Decent size pool and the staff was polite

- lots of noise made by the staff around 4-5 am every morning; the walls are thin and the door doesn't block out the noise so if you're a light sleeper (like me) might not be the best option - don't get the ground floor room (which is what was given to me) as barely any natural light comes through because the building next door blocks it completely - the bathroom had a bad smell which I'm guessing is the reason why they suffocated the room with air freshener - there's no barrier or anything between the shower and the toilet so water gets everywhere

I liked breakfast and the fact the hotel had a pool, the room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The staff I did deal with were very nice and I only had to go up one floor to my room.

The shower in my room had about 30 seconds of hot water and then the rest of the time the shower was cold. At breakfast time only some of the food was out and continued to be put out after i'd left despite the fact i was there half hour after it had started. Workers were doing work outside that involved tools and a ladder that was placed in front of my door, it was extremely loud and meant i could leave for nearly half an hour

Emplacement légèrement excentré mais en retrait de la rue donc isolé du bruit de la rue. Petit déjeuner buffet complet et sympa autour de la piscine. Proche de la grande artère bien éclairée le soir en toute sécurité.

Pas d’insonorisation des chambres comme dans beaucoup d’hôtel d’Asie du sud-est. Dans notre chambre le climatiseur faisait du bruit et obligé de l’arrêter pour dormir. Si vous restez plusieurs nuits, il faut demander que la chambre soit faite sinon vous n’aurez pas d’eau.

We stayed 1 night only, it is a good hotel for 1 night in the city, we were able to get 2 rooms on the same floor (ground floor). The hotel is simple but has everything you need for a short stay. The staff is nice and responsive for our questions.

The breakfast choices are minimal, the hotel is about 15 min away walking distance from the busy area with all the restaurants. The shower is open in the bathroom with no ledge, so it puts water everywhere.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, angenehmes und großes Zimmer, zentrale fußläufige Lage zu Banken (auf dem Weg zum Talat Sao Morning Market Geld tauschen), zum Talat Sao Morning Market (hier bekommt man u.a. eine laotische Sim-Card) oder Talat Sao Bus Station In der anderen Richtung gleich um die Ecke das ganz hervorragende vegane Master Ruma Restaurant und Shop, ein Stück weiter das hochpreisige aber gute La Lune

Aufpassen: Die von der Rezeption vermittelte Nachtbusfahrt nach Hue war eine Katastrophe. Das war ein Transport von Schrott mit ein paar geduldeten Passagieren. Mit einigen Stopps zu be- und entladen von Motorteilen und anderem Schrott kam man nicht zur Ruhe. Bei Grenzüberschreitung hatte man keine Unterstützung… die Crew hatte mit sich selbst zu tun. Und in Hue wurden wir vor den Toren an einer Ausfahrt herausgeworfen und mussten auf eigene Kosten die Weiterfahrt organisieren…
