The bed was comfortable and friendly staff

Really needs a revamp - plugs are falling apart, walls are dirty etc. Very loud due to the air con system

Il y a 4 étages et pas d'ascenseur. Au dernier étage il peut faire très chaud car le soleil tape sur le mur de la chambre et du couloir, il faut un certain temps à la climatisation pour réussir à faire baisser la température. Petite fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain. La cuisine n'en est pas vraiment une et permet tout juste de réchauffer un plat préparé en micro-onde

A very large, comfortable, well equipped apartment in a great location. Very clean. Good, hot shower that doesn't wet the whole bathroom. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent laundry service - it came back smelling lovely! Balcony useful to sit on and have an evening drink.

Big room, everything worked very well, clean and tidy, comfortable bed, great location very close to everything central, restaurants, the airport and the Mekong market.

I just found it weird they require you to leave your room key when you go out so it doesn’t get lost, when they charge a very reasonable replacement fee anyway. But I guess it saves them the hassle of replacement and I don’t mind lighter pockets anyway.

Great location, friendly staff. Decent facilities for a longer stay - ibwas only overnight on the way through so didn't make use of my kitchen. I even had a balcony for a cold Beerlao 😉

The only complaint I had was that at night, the signage could be lit up or a light to show the name of the apartment. They're busy streets at night, and I missed the entry and I wasn't drinking!

Nice and friendly stuff, very clean, they clean room and change towels one time a week it includes at the price, they have a laundry on the ground floor it's convenient and cheap, great location, many shops and markets, ATM, bus stop is around 1.5 from apartment.

Bad view outside from the window, no elevator and it' s a little bit tricky to take up big bags on the 4th flour, There is no stove and pans, skillets, knifes. They have only microwave, spoons, forks and cups with glasses. Price could be lower for this option then as is.

Convenient Location, Friendly staffs (some speaks good English but some not, good if you speak Lao or Thai or Google translate). Asked taxi arrangements two times for different occasions and they did it very fast.

booking.com website stated “cash only” but it seems they now accept card as well. They asked me pay by cash or CC upon check in. I’ve already exchanged money at the airport so I paid in Kip. (for CC, probably accepted with little charge, normal practice in Laos) I mentioned to the staff during my stay, hope they’ll update the info.
