The cleanliness, how complete it was, and the warm couple that manage it. It had much more than the basics. Extraordinary. Maria and alfredo are a great couple that were always helpful. The apartment is beautiful and well maintained..!! It's just 10 minutes walking to the city center in a quiet neiborhood.!

The apartment was really clean and spacious, we even had air conditioning, which is convenient during summer. There was also an umbrella and towels for beach, so you do not need to worry about it. Moreover, towels for a shower and small set of shampoo, shower gel and etc. The owners were kind people, easily reached by Viber/any other communicator, even left us some drinks in the fridge which was lovely. It was around 10-15 mins walk to the sea and nearby a restaurant called San Siro with quite law prices and good food. I would recommend the apartment without any doubts :)

We've stayed at Sole E Mare 5 days and our stay was perfect in all ways. Starting from the hosts and apartments to wonderful town Santa Margherita itself. First of all, check in was very smooth and we received awesome warm welcome guide. Our hosts, Antonieta and Alfredo, showed us everything in the apartments and gave us very valuable hints about all interesting sightseens and the best+cheap restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Antonieta and Alfredo also answered all our questions during stay related to apartments and city itself that helped us a lot. Plus, they've prepared cosmetics for a bathroom of a very good quality (I tried them a lot so can compare). And even more, they prepared a nice welcome compliments for us and full plate of fruits! We had visited 4 towns/apartments in Italy before this one and could be sure, we've never met such amazing hosts and such check in before. APARTMENTS. Outstanding apartments with a big terrace for romantic dinners, full-equiped kitchen and spacious rooms. The apartment is very big and cosy, all you may need is included. Plus, the whole apartments is well-designed and really very clean. Apartments is located in the centere of the city and it takes a few minutes to the town centere. There are also two air conditioners that are a very big plus and helped us in a hot days. We were very pleased with a lot of nice little things like olive oil, tea, wine glasses and cups for all types of drinks. We were amazed by all types of crockery in the flat. Found everything we needed for any type of food. Overall, we 100% recommend this apartments to anyone who wants to experience the best stay ever in Santa Margherita!
