Lovely, comfortable, and clean. Nice size room and had air conditioning. Center location in town. Quick walk to anything you needed. Also, had an elevator. Rooms nicely decorated.

Really nice boutique hotel that's about a 10 min walk from the station.
We were upgraded to a room with a balcony ( apparently it was a comfort room ) which was very nice.
The staff were all friendly at reception and the breakfast was lovely with very attentive staff.
Its a 5 mi walk to the harbour where the boats leave for Portofino ( we walked one way it was about an hour)
We would stay here again

Great location with large clean rooms
Property is dated with dirt marks on carpet and walls. Quite pricey for what you get. Staff where ok but assistance to get a taxi from train station when we arrived with a baby was terrible even after multiple messages advising we needed help. Breakfast was just ok

The property is in a fantastic location, and has all the facilities you need.
The property appears a little tired, the staff are happy doing as little as possible.
Fresh glasses are not supplied in the rooms, and only dairy milk is available at breakfast. Not huge issues but for what you pay a little more ‘service’ would be nice.

"Alles, vom einchecken bis zum letzten Wort war alles perfekt. Haben noch Wasser für die Weiterfahrt bekommen. Sehr zuvorkommend, das ist gastfreundlich. Kommen sehr gerne wieder."
