Host Nikolay was exceptional. Was on hand to help with any questions and very helpful. Good location to marina and beach. The apartment was well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was very nice with a good shower and exceptionally clean. Lovely clean complex and quiet.

The view of the sea was obscured by the tops of the trees from the balcony. The bedroom was very dark and no natural light. The bedroom had two single beds instead of double which were pushed together so kept moving apart.

the host Nicolay was very helpful, even gave us advice on places to visit, the apartment was very modern and perfectly clean, every thing you would need was there, the terrace was large. the location to the old town (which has some fantastic restaurants ) was only approx 15 minute walk, we had a great vacation and will be looking to return.

Location in Estepona is perfect - sea views and very quiet (except Sunday market) and walking distance to marina, town centre, and restaurants. Accommodation very clean and comfortable - excellent bed and air conditioning. Host brilliant.

Kitchen a little small and OK for simple meals for 2, reasonably well equipped but could use a little more cutlery if staying for long enough to use the dishwasher more than once. Parking is very tight and at busy times can be oversubscribed.

the host Nicholas was excellent and very friendly and attentive. The views over the sea amazing. The property had everything you needed and was extremely comfortable.

The trees outside the property I would trim the trees and bushes to enhance the view of the Mediterranean.

The apartment is the perfect spot for a long or short vacation: a quiet location yet close to everything - direct access to the beach and the marina with its many restaurants and bars; a good supermarket a stone throw away; Estepona promenade and old town within walking distance (we walked there and back almost every day). The apartment has a huge living/dining room and a big covered terrace with a sea view where you can have your meals or afternoon nap. The Belgravia club, where it is located, has its own private pool and parking area. Our host was the most gracious, polite and attentive person one can hope to meet. He met us upon arrival, was available throughout for advice or assistance, and went out of his way to make our stay perfect.

Clear information from friendly helpful host throughout booking process /stay and departure. Spacious 1bed apartment with lovely sea/harbour views from large balcony. Apartment clean and comfortable. Good facilities . Quiet , efficient air conditioning . Excellent quiet location , pleasant short walk to harbour / restaurants / supermarket and beach . Complex has a quiet swimming pool / sunbathing area .

the location was excellent for the port, town, shops and beach. the owner was on hand to let us in and was contactable at all times. the premises was also very good with good sea views and very clean.
