The location was great! Just across from the Metro and very close to Crescent street restaurants. Old montreal is a pretty easy walk or short cab ride. The apartment was wonderfully comfy and beautifully decorated. The beds were super-comfy. All we needed for our stay was provided. Our host was easy to communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We look forward to our next visit!!!

We loved loved loved our stay. The house is literally at the corner from the metro. We were blocks from the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. There were pubs, shops, restaurants and everything you could need close by. We only wish we had stayed here longer. The directions inside the home were clear, and very helpful. A lot of thought was put into these directions and we felt very welcome. I would highly recommend and would book again.

We had an excellent stay here while in town for the Grand Prix. The location is perfect with a subway stop just steps away. Also St Catherine street is just 3 blocks away for the street party. Patty is an excellent host with great communications. The apartment is clean and very comfortable, we highly recommend. There are many restaurants within an easy walk.

Great property! Literally steps from Metro and easy walk from Via Rail station. Everything was perfect at the townhouse-kitchen had everything we could possibly need. After living out of suitcases and hotels for 8 days we really appreciated the washer/dryer and space to spread out a bit. Groceries, pharmacy, and anything you may wish to eat are within a few minutes walk. Had a quick question and Patty was a super responsive host. Recommend!

It was everything we hoped - clean, spacious, convenient, comfortable! We were sad to leave, want to come back again!

This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment located conveniently to the metro and easily walkable to downtown/old montreal in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk from the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Apartment was well heated and quiet, the beds were very comfortable with lovely bedding. Bathroom has heated floors and was very clean. Plenty of fresh towels available. Instructions and communication with Patty was great. We didn't have a car for our trip and didn't need it, given great public transportation. I've already recommended this apartment to friends!

Ms. Contenta's property is remarkably clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the whole property felt like home. The kitchen was already prepared so we could have a warm cup of tea when we arrived. When there were some unforeseen changes to our timeline Ms. Contenta was very kind and easy to reach. The location was wonderful and the parking spot was very convenient. I look forward to staying in her home again!

Beautiful brownstone that made us feel at home. Was easy to park and then use the metro right across the street for all our adventures. Everything was very accessible and Patty provided lots of information. Beds downstairs were comfortable.

The property is a good size and was well appointed for cooking. The host is excellent to work with. We had a very good time and enjoyed the house.

We had amazing meals at Mano Cornuto (4 course) and Nora Gray. If you like Indian and don’t mind jumping on the metro to the Mount Royal area, India Rosa is worth the trip or Beauty’s for brunch…both 10/10! Patty was a great host and very responsive. Patty was very responsive to all our questions. Her apt. is just as pictured- very clean, stylish and roomy with modern appliances and fixtures. Excellent location for access to public transportation and sightseeing. Would definitely rent again.

This is a beautiful, well appointed house with a super comfortable bed, excellent kitchen and bathroom.We did have a problem checking in as we could not locate the entry key due to a missing email. The only disappointment with the facilities was the lack of regular television. I presumed that this would be available along with the advertised Apple TV. Despite the construction which was taking place near the property , the house was very quiet and peaceful. We didn,t have a car so it was very handy that the Metro station was just over the road. Communication was very good once we had arrived and the host was kind enought to give us extra time in the house as our leaving flight was late at night Overall,I would recommend this property as a good,comfortable base for a stay in Montreal.

Pattty’s place is exactly as advertised. It is spacious and clean with all the amenities you could want. It is located just off the highway, right beside the Metro with free parking. We stayed for 7 nights and did a combo of cooking, take out and restaurants. It was great for all. I couldn’t recommend a place more. The highlight was the original exposed brick and stone from the late 1700’s that really made you feel like you were staying somewhere else on vacation.

Communication with host is quick, easy and responsive. Self check-in is simple and well-organized. Parking is easy if you have a car. The space is clean and comfortable, it looks just like the pictures. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. The wi-if is super fast. The location is amazing, the metro is across the street, great shopping, tons of eating and nightlife a few blocks away. A grocery store around the block. And, a pretty quick walk up the hill to Mount Royal for running and biking. We found this to be a fantastic place and would stay again when in Montreal. I highly recommend this property.
