Quiet and spacious. Close to Metro, grocery store and restaurants. Owner is very responsive.

The property was very clean and ample space for two people. We did not know beforehand how much construction was going on in the city. Driving and parking was challenging for us.
The living room had space to sit, but the a/c was too close for comfort. Also, there was no coffee or end tables to place things..
The bed was comfy, but too warm because the a/c didn’t reach the bedroom well.

This was the perfect place to explore the city from. It was easy to walk to the metro station and to the area market or grocery stores. Everything was as expected. We would stay here again!

Liz & Barbara’s Adventure
1st time playing in Montreal. Loved the city, gardens, parks, museums, and of course the Cirque. The accommodations were lovely, although not as handicap accessible as described. That step to the bathroom is a doozy….especially at night.
Owner very responsive. Parking is truly a pain though. I suppose one gets use to it after a while. Would consider a repeat visit if the opportunity arises.

We came into town for the Grand Prix and had to quickly book a place to stay right after we got tickets in December. We knew nothing about the area we chose at the time but it turned out to be perfect. We were within walking distance of a metro station to get around, a grocery store and several restaurants. The apartment itself was very comfortable for the three of us and we slept great. It was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend booking with Romain.

We came into town for the Grand Prix and had to quickly book a place to stay right after we got tickets in December. We knew nothing about the area we chose at the time but it turned out to be perfect. We were within walking distance of a metro station to get around, a grocery store and several restaurants. We found Romaine to be prompt in replying prior to our arrival regarding any questions we had. The apartment was very comfortable, especially the bed. It was nice to have his input on all the places to eat and things to do in the area. We are glad we stayed in this quiet little neighborhood. And many places to eat within walking distance. Also the IGA grocery right down the road. We got around by Uber. Oh, if you need some last minute snack or dessert before bed there is a corner store just across the streeet. We can’t thank Romaine enough for his assistance on so many levels.

Safe neighborhood with easy access to shops, restaurants and just a 1 mile walk to the amazing Atwater Market. Also appreciated the parks nearby and canal access for some easy nature fixes. It is perfect for people like us who know the city well, and we believe it is also the perfect place for those who have never been there before. The location is not downtown or Old Montreal, but it is well situated and will provide a more human experience, showing you what living in this city is really about. The unit is superbly organized, with special attention to the small details which make the difference between an average stay and a great stay. For newcomers, you are provided excellent documentation to help you get around and famliarize yourself with the neibourhood and the city in general. The owner is an extremely nice person who is easily avilable for any question or specific need.

We have stayed at this property many times and find it a great base for biking and shopping at Atwater Market.

Close to lots of restaurants and other services. The apartment was also very clean and quiet. We especially liked the large soaking tub and the well equipped kitchen. Romain was quick to respond to any questions or minor issues.

St Henri Apartment Works!
The apartment is clean and spacious, well-equipped and well-organized. It is a few minutes from a great park, the Lachine Canal and the Atwater Market. Rue Notre Dame ouest is undergoing a transition and so there are great restaurants and stores nearby. Shout out to Librarie St Henri bookstore.

Relaxing vacation
Romain was an excellent host. Meet him the 2nd day we was in montreal. Very nice person couldn't ask for a better host. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit. The apartment was super clean and very nice. Thank you again Romain.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. While we never had a chance to meet the owner he was very responsive. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Guests should just be aware that there is a big step up to the bathroom area that presented a challenge to me with a bad knee, but doable. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything with Etienne (host) was easy. Every single step was following a process as he made our journey in his place very easy and pleasant. As a first time user of this website , I was a bit anxious and afraid to encounter a surprise which could turn our holidays to a disaster. To our surprise, all pictures were matching the state of the apartment, and even more, everything was ready for us to begin our journey there. During our stay (9 nights), we had a wonderful experience, and we did not encounter any issues. The place was clean and well maintained, all accessories were available, and Etienne was there to answer any question.
I definitely recommend the place . (for Tennis players, two courts are just behind the building, lights were also on at night if you decide to play).

We were very happy to find this lovely apartment available for our long weekend visit to Montreal to attend the F1 Canadian Grand Prix race.
The details and photographs on the web site were "spot on" - no unpleasant surprises when we opened the door.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and felt very welcoming.
The welcome folder on the table was very helpful in finding our way around the neighbourhood. It was SO convenient to have the Metro just 5 mins walk away. We parked our car and bought three day Metro passes - fantastic service.
The IGA Supermarket is close by the Metro and stocked everything you could need for self-catering.
We found the deck on the upper floor wonderful for an evening drink of wine - we were very lucky with the weather.
We never managed to actually meet Etienne but his communications with us by email and telephone were first class. Always helpful and polite with fast replies to our queries.
Next time we come to Montreal ( it deserves more than long weekend ) we just hope this apartment is still available to rent. Thoroughly recommend you stay here.

We were very happy to find this lovely apartment available for our long weekend visit to Montreal to attend the F1 Canadian Grand Prix race.

My husband and I stayed here at the end of May. The apartment is perfectly situated near the metro, and the surrounding neighborhood, St. Henri, has everything that you need. We would absolutely stay here again. The apartment is clean and well appointed.
