Poloha hotelu, blízko k moři i zastávce MHD. Klidné prostředí.

Snídaně je servírovaná, velmi prostá. Chtělo by to vyměnit staré rozklížené postele a staré vrzající matrace. Ostatní vybavení pokoje je sice také staré, ale není to až tak důležité. Špatné je vyspání na hrozných postelích a matracích !!!

Their willingness to deliver a service

Their incapability of delivering a service. Room was bad, fridge did not work. I was traveling long car trip after so I wanted to get some drinks cold for the road. No problem, I could store them in their fridge and the cooling elements in their freezer. Asked 3 times if they were sure I would be able to get them at 4 AM when i would be leaving, no problem at all. In the morning, it was a problem, and the same woman who spoke good English at checkin, suddenly could not speak it at all and told me she had no key in Bulgarian. Parking is not ideal if you don't drive a landrover. Swimming pool I did not use. Water level was standing 10 cm under the skimmer so pool was full of dirt. Also garden and rooms are not well maintained. service in the restaurant was awfully slow. Large menu but all similar the same type of dishes. have different varieties of potatoes on the menu, but only french fries (freezer?) are available. These people have no clue on how to run a hotel. I guess if you would like to experience the sovjet communist era, this is the place to be.

Literally everything broken bed broken shower dirty no service room 2 towels for whole 2 weeks . 1. toilet paper roll for 2 weeks staff doesn't deal with problems only push them on someone else.

Very nice hotel with beautiful garden, good staff. Perfect for small budget hotel.

Little bit old but nothing bad.

The hotel is situated at almost the outskirt of the city. For solo travellers a bonus is that they can take bus no 409 from the airport for 2 Lv to Hotel (keep 2 Lv ready, no card payment) and bus stop is just about 100m from the hotel. From my room I could see the sea but to go to the beach is a bit tricky (not well paved road etc.). The building is old and the condition is accordingly. Breakfast is OK. Food (lunch and dinner) is also good. Beer, I found a bit more expensive but you can buy beer and wine etc. at reasonable price in a mini market just 50m (bang opposite briz 2). My room had a mini fridge and small balcony (not well maintained).
