Everyone was so friendly and kind, the rooms are very clean and the beds so comfortable. There is hot water and good pressure and the bathrooms are really beautiful. The location is great too, I'd come back and stay here!

I wish there were more vegan options for breakfast, but if you are vegan you can ask for toast, some fruit and syrup, and juice/coffee/tea

We had a very nice stay at meno charm. Ozi was very kind and fun to talk to. He gave us also many tips on what to do on the island and also tips for lombok. He was always available and very helpful! Really the best host we had so far. Also the rest of the staff were really nice and friendly. We had a nice, modern and clean room. Small but all you need is there. Bathroom was big and clean. The breakfast was good.

We only had a linen sheet which made it hard to find the correct ac temp at night. We woke up freezing once. A thicker blanket would be nice.

Room was very clean. Small and cozy. Shower was clean with good water pressure. Staff was very helpful. Ozi helped me settle a problem with my previous hotel. Outstanding.

Roads leading to hotel were generally dark, but that's expected on a small island.

The staff are amazing! Extremely friendly and we were made to feel very welcome, it's always a nice way to start the day when you go for breakfast. The room was great value for money, if you're using it as a base to explore its perfect - there's no WiFi in the rooms (unless you book the suites, which are right next to the breakfast area). The place is close to the sunset side (about a 5 minute walk) and there's a nice local restaurant not far from there.

No WiFi in the smaller rooms, but for the price you can't really complain, if you need WiFi in your rooms book one of the suites (which come with a private pool too).

Everything was super clean. The style of the place is very nice. After several nights sleeping bad, here I could rest. The room is simple but has everything you need and you can forget about mosquitoes and geckos inside. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Shower is nice, water pressure is strong. Not salty water which is good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice as well.

Room is a bit small, and soundproofing is not very good. You can hear people talking in the room next door.

Don’t eat breakfast here! I’ve got a super bad food poisoning and had to go to the hospital for 2 nights

Very nice and well maintained hotel. The room was beautiful, well decorated and very clean. The best thing about this hotel is the staff as they are friendly, helpful and very professional. We will be back for sure! Special thanks to Zul for his good mood, kindness and helpfulness :)

Amazing breakfast! The room we had was perfect, small and compact but everything we needed and a beautiful clean bathroom.

Nothing

Very clean and mordern rooms with good Wifi. The Island is small so you can reach everything very easy and quick. Breakfast was very good and the people were very friendly. If something is too "far" you still can rent a bike at the reception.

The Air condition was leaking but that got fixed straight away.
