The parking

Very close to beach, clean, quiet, and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The washer and dryer didn’t work well.

Convenience of the location. Big rooms,and great views of the ocean!

Cleaning Staff was not helpful when we asked about where we take out the trash to..sofa sleeper should not be counted as an extra bed cause it was extremely worn out.

The area was great. Very close to some attractions...

There was some minor damage to the unit when we arrived and it was not as clean as the pics. (fridge was a little dirty, scuff marks on walls, toys behind sofa from previous renters - probably still there, hole in wall behind entrance door...

Close to the beach.

Room wasn’t ready upon arrival. The room smelled of fish it was embedded in the furniture! I contacted rental company for cleaning supplies and they never brought them the floor was so sticky I had to mop floors with rags on my hands and knees! I was told one minute I would be getting a credit back but it hasn’t happened!

I enjoyed the panoramic view from the 16th floor . The location was perfect.

This is my first time renting a vacation rental . I did not like the extra cost of a cleaning fee when you had to clean the property before you left.. In my opinion it is better to book a room through the hotel and be able to have maid service.

The location of this resort is PERFECT!.. The ease of check-in and check-out was flawless. Mostly everything was in walking distance from the resort. Multiple pools and hot tubs. GREAT VACATION spot!
