Location was lovely close to everything
Only thing I could fault was the travel cots wasn’t very clean so used baby pram

Perfect size and location easy to find and ideally situated
There was no bath/shower matt so had to use our own towels. But besides that everything was perfect

I was very happy with our weekend in this caravan. Lovely and clean and the best nights sleep I have had in a long time.. will definitely be booking this caravan again.

Couldnt use the shower as the boiler wouldnt work.

The veranda was wobbly, rust on the van and slippery when it rained on the steps.
The curtains door and Windows were held up by little plastic hooks that kept snapping and sliding off
Cobwebs in the corners bedroom and kitchen
The cooker we couldn't work out how to use it rang for help no reply
The radiator came off the wall hook came out the wall rang for help no reply
No pressure in the shower and their have not returned the deposit it's a disgrace

Nothing, everything is very old, the pots, fry pan are scrached and not possible to use. We had to buy ne divets and pillows, because everything was stinky.
No communication with Mr Coleman, very bad condition of his caravan, many items should be repaired before someone will be booking it. The gas boiler and fireplace has to be set up with long lighter or matches. Smell of dump, which was badly cause our health condition, I booked caravans directly to this Holiday park for 9 yrs, but I have never stayed in as bad condition. Never, never again. I made complain to booking.com and ask for competition, unfortunately booking.com washed they hand and they don't feel responsible for it what I booked by them. This company is getting dog, looking for money only and after those experiences I promised myself I won't be use booking.com anymore. Yesterday I sent a message to Mr Coleman asking to refund my deposit of £75, no answer as normal.

Lovely and clean, really close to the beach and amenities, very nice
Everything was good, had a little problem lighting the boiler, but soon got sorted

Lovely place right near the beach and shops. The caravan park was lovely and clean and peaceful. The caravan itself was clean and comfortable it had everything we needed. My grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoyed it thank you

Close to the beach shops and clubs. Also cosy night in if staying in, Had everything you need in the kitchen, we paid 90 pounds for 2 nights well worth the cost clean tidy and comfortable cant complain.

The caravan was infested with ants woke up to find them crawling on me and I still haven't had my 75 pounds bond repaid

I like the fact the caravan was close to all the facilities.
The sofa bed was really uncomfortable to stay on, and we ended up using the sofa cushions to stay on the floor.

First holiday away with small baby. Ideal location in quiet location on caravan park. Caravan clean and good facilities. Great price and good communication with owner. Deposit refunded in full quickly after stay. Would do a caravan holiday here again.
Booking.com offered a discount on app but charged full price. Bit of an effort to get the discount repaid but this is Booking.com issue not the owners fault.

it was not worth the £120 I payed for one night, boiler wouldn’t light, shower cubicle was very dated, mould on ceiling in bedroom, bed sheet ripped, a very dated caravan, definitely not worth what I paid,
