Die Kosnetika im Bad hatten einen feinen Duft undesren Bio- Qualität, das gefiel mir. Die Handtücher waren mit einem guten unaufdringlichen Waschmittel gewaschen, wie auch die Bettwäsche. Es war leicht, zur Metro oder zur Bahn zu gelangen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption und die Dame des Zimmerservice waren überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

In Kücheausstattung fehlten Kleinigkeiten wie: eine Zitronenpresse, ein Deckel für die sehr große Bratpfanne, eine kleine Pfanne für ein Spiegelei, ein Teesieb und eine Teekanne, eine größere Porzellan- oder Glasschüssel für Salatzubereitung. Dringend fehlte ein kleines Abtropfgestell für den Handabwasch!! Das Schneidebrett, aus seltsamem Material, wo jeder Einschnitt zu sehen war, wirkte wenig vertrauenserweckend- Wie wäre es mit einem hölzernen Brett??

Struttura molto accogliente,provvista di tutto. Molto comoda anche la posizione,gli appartamenti sono vicino alla stazione del treno,bus e tram, e si impiega all’incirca una ventina di minuti per arrivare in centro; Era la prima volta che provavo a stare in un’appartamento per la vacanza,e l’esperienza è stata più che positiva. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

L’hôtel nommé CITADINES (l’entrée se fait par une porte située près de l’hôtel Mercure )est situé face à la gare ( train et tram ) Sloterdjik , à 15 mn de l’aéroport et à 5 mn de la gare centrale en train , à 20 mn du quartier des musées en tram. Excellent accueil, personnel souriant, fournissant tout renseignement pour se rendre en ville. Chambre insonorisée et très confortable. Cuisine bien équipée ( absence de microonde ) Possibilité de faire des achats au magasin Spar près de la gare. Quartier calme, aucune impression d’insécurité lors des déplacements. Excellent séjour , nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

El departamento super lindo. Ducha bien grande. Cocina completa. Decoración bonita. Muy cerca de la estación de sloterdijk, desde donde se llega a amsterdam central en menos de 10 minutos.

En general nos gustó todo, pero sumaría que tuviera microondas.

La ubicación aunque lejos del centro está la estación de tren a 3 min caminando del hotel, prácticamente cruzar la carretera. Zona muy tranquila, ni un solo ruido por las noches muy bien insonorizada no se escuchaba nada del exterior. El personal super amable, nos dieron el apartamento 2 horas antes, nos dieron una apartamento en vez de un estudio que teníamos contratado por el mismo precio, nos guardaron las maletas el día de salida porque nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde y así pudimos aprovechar la mañana para ultimas compras en Amsterdam. Tiene un gimnasio de libre acceso con maquinas de andar/correr y pesas totalmente nuevas y modernas aunque no lo usamos. En definitiva un gran alojamiento para visitar Amsterdam, recomendado 100%

A la Cocina le faltaba microondas que es algo básico que utilizamos para calentar pero tiene horno que lo "sustituía". La televisión sin canales en español, pero no es un gran problema porque cuando llegábamos al apartamento solo queríamos descansar.

Breakfast was exceptional, serving people whose diverse backgrounds mean different expectations about breakfast.

We had to ask to be moved after the first room was shown to us because it didn’t match our bed request, had a perfume smell—an allergy I had noted before arrival—and it was noisy. When we pointed this out, we were moved to a room that met our requests.

The rooms were great, staff were friendly and it was all very organized. Gym was a nice addition.

El apartamento es amplio y muy cómodo y lindo. Está impecable, todo el entorno está muy bien cuidado y mantenido. La ubicación frente a la estación fue perfecto a 10 minutos del centro. Las recepcionistas super amigables y amables. Siempre dispuestas a ayudarnos con indicaciones muy buenas.

Que es más un hotel que un apartamento. No tenía cosas básicas como aceite, condimentos, y los implementos de cocina de un apartamento que se vive. El tren a la ciudad es caro.

Номер дали более красивый,чем на фото.Есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания.Было тепло,тихо и комфортно.Все нормально работало.Номер уютный и со вкусом.До центра города ехать минут 20 на общественном транспорте.Залог вернули через день.

We booked a one bedroom apartment which was extremely clean and had absolutely everything we needed for a four night stay

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the charge of 60 cents for extra coffee pods - four pods for three of us for four nights seemed a bit mean, especially when we're used to staying in hotels where it is possible to help yourself to any extra pods/coffee/tea needed

Breakfast buffet was freshly made every morning, however it lacked variety and after 4 days in a row I was ready for something different. I thought the bed was comfortable, but the real surprise was the large shower with a rainfall shower head.

My view overlooked the back of the building and construction was going on.

The staff were lovely and friendly And it was accessible to transport

El servicio excelente, la habitación excepcional, y la ubicación mejor imposible (comunica con muchos trenes, trams y buses). Si volvería a instagram, me volvería a alojar aquí.

Las instalaciones de 10 , todo equipadisimo y no en plan barato. El personal atento y en general todas las comodidades. Ubicación perfecta a 1 minuto de la estación que te lleva a Amsterdam central en 5.minutos.
