Good location for accessibility, clean kitchen, water tasted good, all appliances in the room worked well. Water pressure and temperature were good, very responsive text service. I wanted an inexpensive place to stay that was safe and close to the places I wanted to visit, and I feel like I got that!

Paint was peeling in a number of places in both room and bathrooms. For most of the week, the bathrooms had either no hand soap or paper towels stuck. However, when I brought this to management attention, the situation was remedied after 2 days.

The place was in a state of desolation. We paid an awful amount of money but it was not refurbished at all. The equipment were old. The walls and carpets were tired and needed refurbishement

Nice convenient location for adults. TV good. Beds comfortable. Shared bathroom was no issue on our visit. Shower was nice and hot.

Very loud portable a/c. Room decor needs updating. No mirror in room. Did not receive door code email and had to call from the door. Not quite appropriate for children. Approached by many homeless after dusk. Dead air in hallways.

The location is perfect. Checking in via codes is very convenient. The room was nice.

The host had no number or instant messaging system. The lack of front desk is very inconvenient. I’m not a fan of shared bathrooms.

The place is at the heart of downtown Boston and very close to public transportation. It is a quiet and friendly environment with a decent space for shared amenities. The rooms are great for two people, although they can fairly accommodate three. I would certainly stay there again next time I need to go to Boston!

The bathrooms were dirty, AC unit was very loud.

Key code locks were convenient and great. It was also very central to the subway and historic sites. It had several key coded doors between our room door and the main door.

I did not receive my key code or instructions prior to arriving. Upon calling the contact number I was greeted with no reply. I started to text the previous number the owner reached out to me with, but then the phone number listed on bookings started texting me back. It was a lot of back and forth texting between the two numbers both requesting and giving limiting information back to me until I finally received the code. It was also loud being across from a bus stop.

The location was convenient.

The overall general feel of the place felt a little creepy. It was odd that there was no flat sheet, only a duvet. During hot weather - and even with air conditioning - this wasn't that comfortable and felt odd. I knew there would be a shared bathroom but the bathroom was just not clean enough. Also, we were next door to a kitchenette and there were people banging around in it at night. As a result, I did not sleep well there and would not return. Last, I used the GPS with the exact address and it led me to a different location that was 10 minutes away; they need to correct this with google! After that mishap, I was able to message someone for help and she called me and was able to redirect.

The location was a little further away from Fenway park than I realized but we walked it anyway, wasn’t awful. The beds were super comfortable and sharing the bathroom wasn’t terrible. We ate breakfast across the street at cafe 26 which was delicious and super convenient. I will most definitely be using your services again. Thank you so much.

It was very secure considering it was right in the middle of the city. A bit too secure considering you need 3 different codes to get into your room.

The restrooms weren't very clean. They allow people to leave their personal shampoos and such and it looked they had been there a while.

Check in was super easy. Location is perfect. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The best location, the room was dark and cozy - just right for a good rest after long days of hiking. We made breakfasts and coffee in the well-equipped kitchen. Shared bathroom was nice & clean. I would definitely book this place again next time.

Bathroom wallpaper was peeling badly and one shower hose didn’t work. Top bunk ladder was a bit loose.

several upfront emails necessary to accept some house rules; nobody at the housing - everything managed via emails, however email with PIN codes sent too late for us as we were already travelling, thus difficult to get in; one PIN code was wrong and we had to wait for neighbors letting us in with correct code; very noisy at night with some kind of pump running in the room/walls(?) and bed creaking horrible just when turning on it; no hot water in the shower; everything quite run-down though at least regularly cleaned it seems
