1. Stupendous location. Neither noise nor air pollution. The most impressive aspect that I experienced was the Chirping of birds woke me to see the Vibrant Sunrise- Trust me, I had switched off my alarm and yet woke up just predawn. 2. Will never forget Bala, Wilson, and Nithya. Awesome Teamwork. 3. Internet signal - fair. WIFI- Not needed. 4. Food- Impeccable. (Non Veg folks please excuse me- I have no idea) Needed Improvements : 1. Please ensure to instruct your staff to take the guests for a brief tour of the room (What is where). I had to call Bala every time asking for details. 2. The electric sockets were having problems 3. It is always a good practice to paste the Rules to be followed. 4. Having EPABX- will save time for all.

Honestly, I did not like to go back to my home after experiencing Bowers Chalet. Except for improvements- This Chalet knows the Customer's taste

Cleanliness was missing. Bathroom fittings were all leaking Attached private garden was name sake. Too many house fly

Though remote and far away from the city centre, this place has its own calmness and unique apeal. If you are in for luxury, this is not the place for you.

Room tarrif and quality does not match. Rooms worth ₹1300 was hiked to ₹4000

The location is very a good and the staff Balan was amazing, always there to support. Breakfast and Dinner were great.

The toilet wasn’t cleaned as we expected. Need to improve the cleanliness.

The stay was a total disaster apart from the Location and food.

Many things were wrong with this property apart from Location. I will list out a few and I’ll describe our experience below. 1. Geezer wasn’t working properly. 2. There were no Lights in our room!!!! 3. No wifi, No bath towels were provided, no mirrors inside room (one is there in bathroom and the bathroom is SMALL!!!) even drinking water came after we told them to bring. 4. Most deceptive thing about this property is two different rooms were separated by a door!!! So to hell with privacy and noice cancellation. 5. Their deceptive description says many things like a balcony, garden view, mountain view etc, only mountain view is true. 6. Washroom is pretty small and not very clean or modern. 7. Blankets and bedsheets were not washed for sure, they used perfume to make it fresh. 8. There was a TV, but no remotes were there. Even though if there’s any remote since we don’t have wifi there, it’s pretty useless. To be honest I don’t really care about the wifi or TV part. If everything else was good then we would have loved this stay. So here’s our experience: As we’re going to a hill station with colder temperatures, geezers are a must. I asked before checking in about the geezer and they told they have geezers, but the water from geezer would take almost an hour to fill a bucket, and then again the water would become freezing cold. We reached in the morning and had to take bath in cold water as we didn’t have time for geezer to fill the bucket. Luckily we carried our own bath towels, they didn’t provide any. We came back to our room at night, we were soaked in rainwater. We had informed them about the geezer. All we wanted was a good hot shower and to relax. But it turned out to be the worst night we have ever spent in a tourist place. When we entered our room there was no light in our room. We complained to the caretaker. He came inside our room and checked, he couldn’t fix anything. He tried different bulbs in different bulb holders.

The scenery and view was amazing. The staffs were very helpful.

The location is great.

The rooms and bathrooms were smelly. There was moisture all over the walls. The rooms are just ok. Food is very average.

The Location was awesome. They have made their Chalets on the edge of the peak from where you can see some of the villages down. Early morning the birds and Peacock singing is a great experience. Overall the service of the staff was prompt and professional especially Mr. Ganesh.
