Sugerir usar uniforme a los colaboradores del hotel, ya que uno no sabe quienes trabajan para el hotel.

Almost everything. It was noisy, access to was difficult, food was not good, parking far from hotel, no cable TV. Lack of confort.

Showers werent so good with poor pressure and hardly hot.

I am fuming mad. They are charging my card again and messed up my banking. This is theft and I will be seeking consequences.

We stayed for two days over Christmas. The hotel staff just left us there - we didn’t see a single person the whole time. The front door was left unlocked and felt like a security risk. Room was never cleaned. There was no restaurant or pool. The bathroom stank badly of mold. Location is pretty inconvenient - about a 15-20 min walk from main part of town. The location shown on booking is not accurate.

It is clean and comfortable, the staff was super nice and helped us with our needs, they did everything to have our room ready before the check-in time since we arrived early.
