Nice check in experience, stroopwaffels at check in is crazy nice after a day of traveling :) Bus 22 stops in front of the hotel, 7-15 mins to the centraal station. Room clean and large, towels amenities coffee machine and complementary capsules all were superb.
The ac was not that good at cooling but thats nitpicking. It was a really good stay

Room was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were great.
The loction was a little outside of the central area but was about 10 mins by tram from the central area. A supermarket was about 6-7 mins walk.

The hotel was quiet. Beds were confortable. There is a bus stop (line 22), 2 min walking from the hotel to go the center.
Take into account that the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions : around 45 min walking to reach the center (around 15 min if you go by bus). There is are restaurant or bar nearer the hotel, it's offset. The first supermarket is 15 min walking from the hotel. If you plan to go out, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Also, I think that for the price we payed, I think you can find an hotel with the same quality closest to the main attractions in order to avoid taking the bus each time.

"Die Lage ist sehr gut, da die Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel ist und man das Zentrum in 15 Minuten erreicht, so wie auf die centraal Station. Das Frühstücks Angebot war vielseitig, sehr sauber und gut. ..."
