clean room with space for everything

location in a not very safe neighborhood.

The room we got wasn’t clean enough and from the street it was a bit noisy.

Great hotel with the best view over the city. I recommend top floor where are great apartments. Clean, well equipped, great wi-fi.

Everything great

The plce was super clean and spacious. The receptiin was very polite and welcoming. We were family with a very young baby so cleanness was super important to me, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Great value for money.

The property was clean and comfortable. Not a great location for girls travelling alone as we felt we had to get a taxi back at night.

Room maintenance

Spacious and fairly clean; 2 bathrooms wonderful for 2 bedrooms. Kitchen facilities also quite good. Desk staff very helpful.

Shower door leaked terribly so had to cover bathroom floor with towels; surrounding neighborhood had many 'unpleasant' areas, best avoided.

The room I had was spacious with sufficient amenities.

Information wasn’t extremely clear and communication was lacking. I wasn’t aware that the reception wouldn’t be 24/7 or that we had to get the iron within some certain hours from the front desk (it’s not in the room). I ended up with a wrinkled dress shirt to an important meeting.

Nice and safe place. Stay and view from the apartment was great! Very close to tram and train stations.

The bed and pillows we're not for us

Very spacious room, very comfortable and clean. Everything worked very well inside the room. There's a big bathtub. It was quiet during the night. The place is not far from the city center.

When I arrived, at 7 pm, there was no receptionist. I was waiting for him for 15 minutes. When I checked in, he seemed to be in a hurry. When I checked out, I had to wait a couple of minutes again. It's not very critical, but I felt unwelcome when I had to wait for the staff. The district is not the best part of Brussels.

Cleanliness and all other facilities were excellent. Location is amazing. Easy access, checkin checkout.

You should put more bottles in rooms if the family is going to stay for long. We had only 1 bottle for 4 Adults, 3 days.

clean and tidy

The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed super comfortable. Also, good heating system after we suffered of cold ambiance in another accommodation in another city :) Super easy check-in (late at night) and check-out (at 5 am). It was also walking distance from the train station, which was very helpful for us.
