We enjoyed all aspects of this property. Beautifully attired, great food options, close to all aspects of Singapore city, lovely comfortable beds, great pool area and a lovely internal environment. The staff were friendly, attentive and communicated well.

The location was fantastic, the staff were helpful and went the extra to give us local knowledge about activities and appropriate locations to visit.
After indictaing the number of people at the time of making the booking and the amount we paid to reserve a room for our party of three we were told at check in we would need to upgrade to be about to have a room with enough beds.

ROOM was great, correct space and details. Location was the best location. I did not use breakfast in the Hotel, but the staff were very kind when I needed just a coffee, great and smiley people!!

Usually I upgrade and get a lovely room. This time I did not. Room was OK but low floor
The noise all night. Like sleeping on the street. Illegal ar races on Raffles Road. Cheerleaders on the sidewalk. Noise from next room
Could not sleep one single night. Impossible to be in a room on the 10th floor city view. Unbeatable noise. Big disappointment. Hated this stay
