The hotel location is within the nearby shopping centres. Room are spacious and clean. We booked for 3 rooms and requested them to be on the same floor and near to each other. We had our request granted by the hotel. This is not our first time staying in the hotel. This was our third

The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Poor quality and selection of food suitable for a European traveler.

Buffet breakfast was amazing, you could find everything there, local cuisine, Indian, continental. Food is so yummy and fresh. Staff are well trained, always helpful and cheerful. We were lucky to see traditional lion dance at hotel lobby, enjoyed A lot during our 6 days stay. Just walking distance to shopping mall, food court, and twin tower, Taxi, MRT, LRT etc... nice swiming pool and Gym

Very good location

We were put in a twin room even though we specifically chose a double bed room. The receptionist insisted that we had picked twin, but we were later able to show that we did indeed pick double. By this time, we had already moved and settled into the twin room. The room was also next to some construction, so all we could hear was loud banging, hammering, and drilling, from 8AM to 12PM every morning. Extremely disappointing, given this is my 5th IHG booking in a year and I've had only good experiences so far.

Bar was good and staff there were friendly

Check in no direction was given to the room or information on the facilities in the hotel. I asked about a taxi to the airport and was quoted 200 I later booked one through the airline for 64. I understand the hotel transfer may have been more luxury but this price difference was considerable. I enquired about an ATM the front desk staff directed me to an atm in the hotel but this was out of service which was fine but I would have expected the front desk team in a five star hotel to be aware of this

Amazing staff who were always on hand to help and go the extra mile for you, location was perfect, close to KLCC park, Mall and Twin towers. Easy to get to other places via taxi from here too. Breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Everything was clean, facilities smelt good and room service was perfect.

1.Location of the Hotel 2. Room was decent

1. Check-in process was slow, had to wait for quite sometime for the staff to issue room key, the reason given was due to housekeeper uncontactable as they weren't sure if the room was ready or not, hence, the inefficiency. How could you not know the status of the room when guest are ready to check-in? Check-in information says 1500 but even though I was on time to check in, I had to wait about an hour or slightly longer, as a "service recovery", they handed me two drink voucher, which I didn't use it all as I was tired and just wanted to rest in my room. After payment (incl deposit) made, only a room key was given, no receipt, nothing until 2.00 AM, they decided to slide in the receipt under my door, what an odd timing. 2. Wifi issue. - Checked in and settled in, wanted to use wifi but guest information not registered! Hence, unable to use wifi until I have to call and ask for access code from the staff. 3. No proper communication among staff be it receptionist or a person handling your breakfast information. -Was offered to purchase a breakfast package which I did during check-in and the amount was informed to be deducted from deposit itself. -Came for breakfast, scanned room key and was told that there was NO breakfast package came with the room and will be charged by cash or credit card. - Golden question of the day, "Did you put a deposit for this booking?", this was asked by a guy that mainly handles guest breakfast information. Mind you, I have a room key and it's check out day, yet this absurd question was asked as if I wanted to scam their below average breakfast. - I was offended as I was asked to show physical receipt of the deposit made, what a way to second guess your guest.

The hotel was great, abit on the old classic hotel feel, but the rooms were big. Breakfast variety was great

The only issue I had was that the hotel is close to the KLCC, but not much is happening there. It was 10 minute drive from bukit bunting, which is the place I mainly wanted to visit.

Everything was amazing. The staff were so accomodating and kind. The housekeeping were exceptional.

Location great, train station across the road, bus stop outside to the hotel. Hop on & off outside the hotel. Executive room: very pleased with the size and it being cleaned twice a day. Our room had both a walk in shower and a bath. Thanks to the young man who kept our room clean & tidy. Free 3 pieces of laundry washed and ironed for free. Staff in the Executive Lounge are first class. Specially Harry. Brilliant in looking after my dietary needs since I suffer from celiac disease. The other team members need thanking are Ovi and Rahul. It's one of the best Executive Lounge experiences we had. The afternoon tea was excellent and the drinks and food in the evening were delicious. The Lounge itself is a lovely calm area. We had our breakfast downstairs in the main dinning area. So much choice, everything was fresh and the cooked good (Indian, Chinese, Malay etc) very good. Tea \coffee served to you instead of having to get it yourself. All staff members in the restaurant were very helpful and provide a first class service. Ishtiaq deserves a special mention. The chefs greeted me on my first visit to the breakfast area and asked me what they could provide that was gluten free. Very thoughtful and caring. So thanks to the kitchen staff. Members of senior staff introduce themselves if they are in the lift or around the hotel. Willing to discuss your experiences at their hotel. This could be an Inter. Cont. unique point since we had a similar experience in their sister hotel in Saigon.

Staff were polite and service good

The mini bar fridge was not working despite us telling the staff twice it was not repaired. Kettle was not working and staff got it replaced. A couple of the power points were not working.

Extra large King size bed and furnishings. Location is walking distance to KLCC.

Hotel could not check us in even though we came late past 4.30pm. Our suite room was not ready. Gave temporary room. Checked in our own room after 6pm. Wasted our time and spoilt our day. Next day, hotel staff asked to come into room and check mini bar while I was in middle of sleep. Front desk tried to compensate by giving late check-out which we didn't need. From both cases, I assume Housekeeping is not equip to cope during hotel's busy period.

The Room was a good size, bed was comfy, but the room was a bit worn out, carpet could do with changing and paint would do the finishing touch. Gym had good selection of machines. Breakfast was excellent with good variety of dishes, English, Indian, Chinese's and were all very tasty. The location was very good, close to most of the locations

The corridor was a bit noisy, could hear people pretty well when they went past. On the 9th floor you could hear the traffic below. specially when a motor cycle went by.

the room was spacious, the bed was huge. The breakfast buffet was very good, european and asian food, lots of choices. Location is near KLCC. Conciërge is very helpful.

Best brekkie buffet ever! loved the gigantic bed and byredo bathroom products. spacious rooms with aircon and relatively quiet.

pool area was being renovated so there was loud building works happening which didn’t make it very relaxing.

Al llegar nos trataron muy bien en la entrada del hotel, el lobby es precioso y siempre hay personas dispuestas a ayudarte. Cuando hicimos el check-in usamos la cola de miembros IHG, pero el trato fue tan distante que nos sorprendió mucho. Al principio nos dijeron que nuestro hijo de 15 años no tenía el desayuno incluido y nos hicieron pagar directamente, pero tras rechazar pagar los 80€ de extra y enseñarles nuestra reserva se dieron cuenta y no dijeron nada más. La habitación está bien, pero tampoco fue de la calidad que me esperaba de un InterContinental, la habitación era muy espaciosa con una cama grande y cómoda, pero la ropa de cama tenía un olor extraño. El baño era también muy amplio, pero muy anticuado, como si no hubiese sido reformado en 20 años. Lo que nos sorprendió fue las buenas vistas desde la habitación y la amplia mesa de trabajo, aunque nos extrañó que había un dispositivo Alexa. El desayuno es simplemente excelente, comida de todos los países y excelentemente preparada, ¡tienen un mini huerto de lechugas puesto en el buffet! El servicio de todo el personal del desayuno era súper amable y servicial. La ubicación es simplemente fantástica, llegamos en taxi desde el aeropuerto tras un corto vuelo desde Ho Chi Minh. Es súper fácil moverse a pie desde el hotel, en menos de 10 minutos estarás justo bajo las preciosas Torres Petronas, y si usas Grab (súper barato, y los conductores excepcionalmente amables) puedes ir a cualquier lado en pco tiempo. También tiene el metro justo en la puerta el hotel que te lleva a todos lados por un precio muy justo.

Lo anticuado que estaba la habitación, concretamente el baño, y el extraño olor de la ropa de cama. El trato distante de la recepción, y que nadie fue capaz de ayudarnos cuando tuvimos un problema con el conductor de Grab (la aplicación de Grab dejó de funcionarnos y no teníamos más minutos para llamar al conductor) nadie nos intentó ayudarnos a las 5 de la mañana, pero al final pudimos llegar a nuestro vuelo a Estambul a tiempo.
