スタッフの対応が最高でした。フレンドリーでいつもお客が、滞在中に気持ちよく過ごせる様に心遣いをしてくれました。12月中旬から1月中旬までの26泊を、キッチン付きの長期滞在用の1LDKを夫と2人で利用しました。朝食付きにしましたが、毎朝飽きる事なく、豊富なメニューと味、広い食堂、とりわけいつも気にかけてくれたスタッフのカマールさん、他のメンバーに感謝です。ぜひお勧めしたいホテルです。

Good options for breakfast, international and malaysian. Right near the twin towers. Friendly helpful staff. Communal areas well kept. Effective AC.

Room was very dated, bedsheets and carpets had stains and bathroom was in disrepair. Very firm bed.

- Didn't matter for or bother us, but we got moved from a twin room to a room with a double bed. Rest still the same.

Location was very good, breakfast had a huge selection but a little disappointed that other patrons would bag up croissants and leave with them. The staff in the restaurant were outstanding as they were in the rest of the hotel too. Would definitely come back.

Breakfast : Love the breakfast spread - varieties of Malay, arabic, western salads. Room : Room was spacious - good view as we were on 35th floor. Gym - Love the gym too, spacious and a lot of equipments. Hotel Location : Location of the hotel is also very strategic, not far away from the main attractions. Staff - very well mannered and friendly.

Breakfast - I missed 2 breakfast as I stayed in a guesthouse. The property could have compensated me when I brought in 2 guests to join us for breakfast but instead, I had to pay 40RM for each of them. Gym - some equipment are not serviced properly - it could be a danger for gym users. Also they should provide water bottle at the gym. Room - there is no ventilation in the toilet/bathroom. Although there is a small balcony, there is no windows hence no ventilation at all.
