The location and it was very quiet so had a good night's sleep
Unfortunately I was recovering from an operation so unable to use the lovely facilities. Will be back when next in Bournemouth

Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and spa was excellent. Loved that we could join the gym sessions too. Breakfast delicious.
A fridge in the room would be nice.

Excellent facilities, the pool and spa area was very nice. I thought the breakfast was very good quality and freshly prepared.
It was difficult parking outside the accommodation as golfers and gym members were using the spaces. The spaces were reserved but were being ignored and signs need to be more prominent. There was other parking onsite within a short walk.
The bathroom grouting needs bleaching to remove mildew.

Staff lovely.
Pool and club house lovely.
Food was quite nice.
Surroundings were lovely.
The lodge itself was so dated. Carpets frayed dirty and old. Chairs musty and old.
We felt insecure and isolated at night locked in our lodge room once the club house was closed and all staff went home. Forest at the back and we saw a homeless man asleep there.
